I went in one afternoon only for a Quencher, it took 15 mins to get a simple drink. I didn't fuss because I thought maybe they were busy dealing with drive thru customers. To my surprise they don't even have one.
Ordered two egg and cheese farmers wraps. They did not add hash browns in two wraps. Please see the pic..I don’t know if they miss intentionally to save the hash browns or missed by mistake. But this is not acceptable as they have to do quality check/inspect before deliver the item to customer. I see so many people flock into this shop. Please be aware of this kind of food service. I never visit this shop again. I have just complained to the manager and she talked very rudely which indicates how arrogant the people working in Tim Hortons. Better to avoid Tim Hortons..
I had the classic BELT. Got to work to realize there is no bacon on my sandwich and didnt get my hashbrown. Please to do better with your dry breads. I asked the guy at the front once about the mayo for my sandwich and it was lone attitude that I got then he charged me $0.30 to add mayo to my sandwich. If you know you are not a morning person please to stop taking morning shifts. I had given this place a break and since going back the last 3 times wasn't a good experience. Where is the love that jas been put into making your meals?
Went in on a Sunday afternoon. I was the only person in line and it still took 4 minutes to take my order. My sandwich was haphazardly dumped into a bag and when I opened it the sauce was all over the top of the bun. Inside the tables and floor are filthy. Garbage under all the tables and coffee spills everywhere. The tables don't look like they have been wiped all day. So many employees are behind the counter and nobody cleaning and only one cash helping customers. The manager should clean house and hire some employees that care.nnWell customer care responded to my review, but they don't give you a receipt so I guess I can't do anything on that link... I guess by the other poor reviews of this location it is what it is. Lesson learned.
Coffee and food were always fresh and delicious at any Timmy's. Nice staff but small space for order and pick up, also not well organized. Don't have go through option, and not clear which door to enter nor exit.
