If I could give this place a -100 I would. The customer service from this location is HORRIBLE! Rushing you to order, doesn’t listen to your order and then provides you with the wrong order… every time!!! This morning I went and order a coffee they gave me a tea. 10 minutes ago I asked for a normal hot chocolate after advising I don’t want peppermint, what did they do? .. they gave me peppermint. These employees at this location do not even seem to care to work or have a job!
The so call supervisor is the must rude person they could have working in this location!!! PLAIN RUDE ….. no manners no English no class NEVER AGAIN..nThey make you repeat order like four time before they understand, if. You don’t speak English go learn before dealing with people …nThis is Canada after alln“Money is the same everywhere you go”
Went there for Large double double refill, as they don't have measuring cup, they could not make it properly. Dint like the taste
For the gentleman who posted a pic of my dog and patrons without permission, and questioning the hygiene of this establishment. You’re complaining about a dog that walks around puddles and avoids stepping in squishy substances. We’ve been coming daily for over 3yrs, sometimes 2x a day. Tying them outside isn’t always safe. Only reason we stop is to grab my tea, warm up and continue our morning walks. As he has been banned, we’ll go to the new coffee shop that is pet friendly and can accommodate our daily routines.nnIf we want to discuss hygiene, let’s discuss some patrons who rest their bare behinds on the seating. Havent showered for months, and ass hanging out, and my dog in boots and a coat is a problem?. But I digress, these patrons are minding their own business and keeping to them selves. Just like all the dogs that enter with their owners. Your problem is not hygiene it is the fact you do not like dogs, b/c there are other more pressing concerns. Pls step up your visits and make up for the $60-$80 I drop on snacks monthly.nnTo the staff. You are lovely. He’ll miss seeing you each morning.
recently visited the Tim Hortons at this location and had a disappointing experience. Despite a relatively short line, I had to wait 30 minute for my order. I noticed that several employees were more focused on chatting with each other rather than attending to customers and processing orders efficiently.
