I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I should this time. I stopped by this Tim Hortons on my way to an appointment and was served by a young man named Elias. Very polite, well mannered, and helpful.nnHe took the time to make sure my order was right and even double check that my steeped tea was fresh, which I appreciated. It’s refreshing to see young people take their work seriously these days.nnYou can tell he cares about what he’s doing, and that kind of attitude should be recognized. Thank you, Elias for the great service. I’ll definitely be coming back.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. I went through the drive-thru around 12:40 PM on Tuesday and received the wrong coffee it tasted extremely bitter, even though I had asked for extra syrup. When I went to the front to get it corrected, the girl at the counter wearing round glasses was quite rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, she argued with me and insisted she had made it correctly. I wasn’t expecting this kind of attitude, especially when the mistake was on their end. Really poor customer service.nnEven she started telling their teammates that I added the syrup how come then both the coffees are tasting bitter very poor service and no manner to how to speak to their guests.
I asked for a toasted bagel with butter. Instead I got a lightly warmed pretoasted bagel that was sitting on the side during rush hour. I understand you're busy, but telling someone to wait an additional minute won't kill you.
I’ve ordered at this location multiple times some were good and were very terrible. But I’ve had enough of this location. This is the third time I’ve ordered food with hair on my sandwich it’s not our hair because none of us have curly hair and to mention that they forgot my hasbrown and my coffee taste like watered down coffee. This has happened multiple times. I also called the location staying about the problem with my order yet the manager argued that she’s the one who made and that everything was correct. 1. There’s HAIR on my food. 2. There’s no has-brown when I clearly ordered combos. 3. Coffee was not made properly.
I recently visited this location and ordered three small Caramel Toffee Ice Capps, garlic bread, and potato wedges. While placing my order, I also requested ketchup and chipotle sauce. I initially asked for marinara sauce which I saw on the screen, but was informed it wasn’t available — which is completely fine.nI am not a regular customer on this location but i visit this place always when i have my doctor’s appointment.nnThe main concern was with the service during my visit. The staff member taking my order seemed disinterested and inattentive. She wasn’t responding or confirming what she was entering into the system, so I had to repeatedly ask if she had added specific items, including the chipotle sauce. Although she assured me she had added it, when I picked up my order, I was told it wasn’t charged. Thankfully, another staff member kindly gave me the sauce without issue, and I really appreciated that gesture.nnAfter that, I waited about 10–12 minutes for my drinks, even though the store wasn’t busy. Eventually, the same lady who took my order approached me and asked what I was waiting for — despite the fact that she had taken the order herself. When I explained, she reacted with a bit of attitude before finally preparing the drinks.nnThe food itself was fine, but the overall experience was affected by the poor customer service.
