I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. I went through the drive-thru around 12:40 PM on Tuesday and received the wrong coffee it tasted extremely bitter, even though I had asked for extra syrup. When I went to the front to get it corrected, the girl at the counter wearing round glasses was quite rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, she argued with me and insisted she had made it correctly. I wasn’t expecting this kind of attitude, especially when the mistake was on their end. Really poor customer service.nnEven she started telling their teammates that I added the syrup how come then both the coffees are tasting bitter very poor service and no manner to how to speak to their guests.
I’ve ordered at this location multiple times some were good and were very terrible. But I’ve had enough of this location. This is the third time I’ve ordered food with hair on my sandwich it’s not our hair because none of us have curly hair and to mention that they forgot my hasbrown and my coffee taste like watered down coffee. This has happened multiple times. I also called the location staying about the problem with my order yet the manager argued that she’s the one who made and that everything was correct. 1. There’s HAIR on my food. 2. There’s no has-brown when I clearly ordered combos. 3. Coffee was not made properly.
I asked for a toasted bagel with butter. Instead I got a lightly warmed pretoasted bagel that was sitting on the side during rush hour. I understand you're busy, but telling someone to wait an additional minute won't kill you.
I don't used to give reviews for anything either I am too impressed or too disappointed. This time I was pretty much impressed by their amazing customer service. The cashier ladies seemed very nice and knew how to do their job perfectly. 5 star for their service.
Today, I went with my friend to grab some lunch and coffee at Tim Hortons, and unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. The cashier was extremely rude when taking our order. My friend was unsure about what to order and initially asked for a coffee with 2 oat milks and one sugar. After a couple of seconds, she changed her mind and asked for regular milk instead. The cashier responded rudely, even muttering something in her own language, which made us feel uncomfortable. She then whispered something to her friend. We tried to remain friendly, assuming maybe she was just stressed due to the busy rush.nMy friend also ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, but when we received our order, the bagel was completely different from what she had ordered. We thought it might have been a miscommunication, so we politely informed the cashier. Instead of apologizing, she began yelling at us, insisting that we had ordered the wrong thing. To top it off, the bagel my friend received was slightly burnt, which was shocking.nWe were really disappointed by the entire experience. We pay for the service, and we expect to receive both good customer service and quality food. This was very sad, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future customers.
