I asked for a toasted bagel with butter. Instead I got a lightly warmed pretoasted bagel that was sitting on the side during rush hour. I understand you're busy, but telling someone to wait an additional minute won't kill you.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. I went through the drive-thru around 12:40 PM on Tuesday and received the wrong coffee it tasted extremely bitter, even though I had asked for extra syrup. When I went to the front to get it corrected, the girl at the counter wearing round glasses was quite rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, she argued with me and insisted she had made it correctly. I wasn’t expecting this kind of attitude, especially when the mistake was on their end. Really poor customer service.nnEven she started telling their teammates that I added the syrup how come then both the coffees are tasting bitter very poor service and no manner to how to speak to their guests.
I’ve ordered at this location multiple times some were good and were very terrible. But I’ve had enough of this location. This is the third time I’ve ordered food with hair on my sandwich it’s not our hair because none of us have curly hair and to mention that they forgot my hasbrown and my coffee taste like watered down coffee. This has happened multiple times. I also called the location staying about the problem with my order yet the manager argued that she’s the one who made and that everything was correct. 1. There’s HAIR on my food. 2. There’s no has-brown when I clearly ordered combos. 3. Coffee was not made properly.
The customer service at this Tim Hortons location is really disappointing. The staff don’t know how to take orders properly and speak to customers very rudely, as if they’re the only ones who know everything. On top of that, if you're planning to dine in forget about it there’s barely any space and not enough chairs for customers to sit. Definitely not a pleasant experience.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Kshitij at Tim Hortons. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel genuinely welcomed. His kindness and energy stood out right away, and you can tell he really cares about every customer who walks through the door.
