One of the worst time Horton to order trismusi cold brew.nThey made it so bad that I am starting to hate this drink now. I had to throw everything never going here again. That worst taste still my mouth yuck
Before I start this review , I just want to say that the manager is a very nice lady who said she will address the matter but let me start off by saying this establishment filled with Indians who speak in their native language while at work which is very unprofessional! I purchased tea ,doughnuts and a croissant but the cashier walked away after dealing with the customer before me , as the line was getting longer , I asked if anyone is going to serve us and the supervisor by the name JAS gave me a rude and angry look and said obviously! She’s making the drinks for the customer and looked back at me while walking away , so I asked to speak with the manager in which they lied and said she’s not here but a supervisor is and it was JAS so I asked to speak she a manager and she said she’s not here which is a LIE. Then an employee name ARSH started pointing at me and speaking in her native language, so I said what did you say ? And she said I wasn’t talking to you and I said but you were talking in your language about me and she said so I wasn’t talking to you and I asked her name which I have on recording and she said sinbad or something and walked away , while they speaking in their language in the back , the cashier who originally walked by us and ignored me said the manager is coming and that’s when I spoke to the manager who said she will deal with the matter but this needs to go to the headquarters as this isn’t regulated
Food and everything is good overall just it's a bit unorganized and crowded, no sitting available inside maybe it's due the only coffee place in it's radius. Drive through is so so, not bad. Having few some fly inside
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The service was fast and exceptional. Donut and coffee : fresh and hot, the seating area: clean and spacious. The team is working together as a conglomerate and helping each other efficiently. I hear them communicating well with each other which avoids unnecessary delays in service. They also have a kiosk machine being installed. I was served by Nitname and Mikela . They and the team as a whole are doing an excellent service. Good job.
I ordered habanero slow cooked chicken bowl for takeaway. I realise after coming home they gave cilantro lime instead. The employees really need to start listening what customer is saying and communicate within themselves properly. My receipt shows habanero but have been given otherwise. Second time this is happening. Never visiting this location again. 22-Dec-2023 1:59pm
