Michelle is the most unqualified, disrespectful, passive-aggressive Starbucks worker I’ve ever come across. Worst part is.. she’s the manager!nnHad an absolutely awful experience here. From all the other reviews bashing Michelle, I’m shocked Allison the store’s head manager has not investigated this. Shame on you, Allison.nnAlso, ramp is not shoveled. When I brought that to the attention of Michelle, there was no apology. Simply brushed off. Extremely ableist Starbucks location that puts Starbucks to shame.
Starbucks Team,nnI visited this location today and had mixed feelings about my experience. While the younger ladies working there were incredibly kind and provided great service, I was very disappointed by the behavior of the older woman who appeared to be in charge.nnDuring my visit, I observed her mistreating the younger staff, which was unsettling to witness. As a customer, seeing this type of behavior does not reflect well on your establishment.nnAlso, when I tried to use the restroom, she rudely questioned me about whether I had ordered anything before allowing access. Even though I had purchased both coffee and bread, she refused to give me the code. It was one of the younger staff members who eventually provided it to me, which I appreciated.nnUnfortunately, the unprofessional conduct of this employee made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I’m not sure who manages this location, but I strongly believe that both staff and customers should be treated with respect. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this Starbucks.
Love Starbucks but this was the first location I’ve ever been to that informed me that my beverage will not be filled up to the top of the cup after I requested less ice. I’ve been going to this location for some time now and this was the first time I’ve been notified of this … absolute nonsensical policy and corporate needs to look into this. I’m done going to this location and hope this doesn’t become a consistent theme across all locations as there are multiple coffee shop alternatives available that do not enforce these greedy policies.nnUPDATE:nFor anyone who has experienced this seems like a lot please visit https://customerservice.starbucks.ca and complain about this specific location. You’ll likely get a refund on the purchase and more importantly, get feedback sent to this specific location as it seems it’s just this one store imposing this policy.
One of the last Starbucks I see that has the pike place/old school Starbucks vibes. But, bathrooms look like they haven’t been properly cleaned for at least a week, and not swept or mopped for ~2 days. Leadership could do a better job of teaching/training and overseeing proper floater techniques to speed things up, but the staff was otherwise pleasant.
I was in drive-thru to pick up an mobile order and when I received the vt iced shaken espresso, The quantity of beverage was about that of a grande. The lady at the window said it was because I ordered light ice. Fair enough. I asked if I could pay for extra milk to be added in. She said they weren't allowed to charge for extra milk anymore? She said that this was a new rule that had been implemented? Since when does Starbucks not allow a customer to purchase extra milk for their beverage??? She also had such an attitude while speaking and handing me the poorly crafted drinks. This kind of attitude has been received multiple times from this store. Not sure I will ever come here again.
