My favourite summer/fall drink, Iced Peach Green Tea Lemonade. Tastes amazing and is very refreshing! Also love the Cinnamon Dolce Latte for winter.
I request for an extra small mocha, which took them over 35 mins to deliver. Amidst this period I noticed there were other people passing remarks of their badly managed / inefficient staff and expressing their frustration of how long it is taking to get their respective beverages. The staff member who took my order, told me 15 mins later she is working on my order. 10 mins later, I asked a staff member who appeared to respond like a “Manager” any luck with my mocha? she replied the person who took my order is is working on it, I replied she said that 15 mins back, the Manager replied in a very rude tone that She is managing the que and working on your order at the same time, we are doing our best! The que was miniscule. Whoever Owns this place needs to train their “Manager” on “Basic Talking Etiquites”, with “Customers” and “Efficiency of Work”. They were 4 to 5 in staff, either they need to add more staff, if this staff is incapable of working efficiently with some “traffic”. This is a recommendation for the Manager on Duty on Saturday, July 6th, 2024 at 3:30pm to be trained on efficiency and basic talking etiquites for customer service.
Amazing service from Raj and the team! I needed a pick me up after a tiring day with the kids and felt reenergized by their positive attitude and kind service at the drive thru window.
Slow drive-thru line. When I got to the window the baristas were chatting amongst themselves. I was given my drink, and then the barista stared at me, until I said I had two food items. After a few minutes, I was told my breakfast sandwich, available on the app, was actually out of stock. So I sat in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes, became late for work, for a sandwich that was never there. Will avoid this location and pass it along to my colleagues to be avoided.
Shout out to the barista that made my birthday extra special!!! I showed her a picture of a colourful drink and said I wanted a refresher; made me a beautiful and bougie fruit punch. Both the layers taste great, nothing sour just the right amount of sweetness and tangy
