Whenever I go there the food and the specialy begal is not fresh and plus they will apologize for the mistake they argue and ask for replacement but they were asking for more money. I said them I told you guys 3 or 4 times but still not good. The crew is not professional and a lot of things. Whenever I take from different Tim Hortons it's so good.nI really want Tim Hortons to take some actions. THANKS
I ordered six muffins and 10 Tim bits. The cashier charged me for the wrong thing even though I clearly said muffins two times to him , After I paid, he informed me that he didn’t charge me the right amount and his manager came and asked me to pay the difference which I did in cash. However, it was not my mistake. I should’ve been given the muffins without having to pay the $2.70 difference.. They were both rude unprofessional never apologized. I feel so upset because I was really looking forward to treat myself to this muffin only to have this bad experience, I really don’t feel like eating the muffin and I do not even want to come back to this Tim Hortons anymore
While I was waiting for my order inside, all I could notice were the employees rushing to do everything right while the manager wearing a blue Tim Hortons polo and aviator style glasses arrived at the sandwich station, moved away his employee trying to keep up with the rush to take pictures, he also shushed his employee trying to explain something, then proceeded to talk down to them like they were nothing. The employees were clearly embarrassed and humiliated. Proper management should reprimand their employees in private if they did something wrong, giving them a chance to improve themselves. I give it 2 stars because the employees were working hard and remained courteous to customers even though being stressed and getting yelled at, I would give 0 stars to that manager. Then we wonder why it's hard to find employees, no one wants to keep a job with that kind of poor management.
Manager has SUCH a horrible attitude its actually funny that this type of person has a job that isn't in the dark part of a wear-house. I stopped going to this location over a year ago because of her attitude, well a year later figured i’d be good,… nope she’s still there with same bad attitude. SMH utterly flabbergasted.
What should I call it toasted or burnt? Order at 7:44am May 17, 2025.
