Good experience, it was early though around 7 30 , but the food was prepared right away and good.nThe place is easy to access and in a lively area in Lachine, as for the cafe itself, it was clean and nice staff friendly.nI ordered my favorite bagel plein gout and the must try cafe of Canadian autumns that comes with whipped cream and chocolate on top.
Service was incredibly slow.nThe girl working didn't speak English, didn't understand my order in French either.nWas confused when I asked for espresso with it.nMade me the wrong order and then tried to gaslight me into taking the incorrect drink that she made.nFortunately she had a coworker who was more on the ball who also spoke both French and English and could follow instructions.nIn the interim, I heard her be rude to a woman who asked for more cream for her coffee.nnWhoever did make my ice cap didn't bother to mix the espresso shot with it so I received it with loose espresso sitting on top of it.nI mixed it myself and it tasted fine, but they're just lazy and poorly trained here.nIt was also quiet when I came and it took way longer than it should have.nnThis Tim's and the McDonald's across the street are competing for the worst service on the block at this point.
I wish I could give a better review of this location honestly but the service and the attitude of some of the drive thru workers is absolutely horrible. Just to place an order at the window you can hear the attitude in their voice not to mention how they pretty much shove your food into your hands with no bag no napkins or utensils. Only one worker has caught my eye for being truly kind with everyone she comes across. No one is saying to constantly smile and be happy but to react to clients the way some of these people do is gross
Very bad . Not received well . Asked for 2 donuts and a coffee . They just shoved them in a paper bad together . The glaze on my Boston cream was all over the bag . I was not going to scrape it off. Sorry but not going back .
Without fail this tim Hortons regularly disappoints. It's unfortunate because this is a small yet nice location.nThere are always lots of people working yet It takes forever to get served and when you do finally get your food there is often a problem with the order. If it's not a problem with your order, it's a problem with the order of the person in front of you. It's also not uncommon to see someone return their order because it was wrong and come back upset again because the replacement order was still wrong.nThere can be nobody in line in front of you and it still takes 15-20 minutes to get a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich.nnHere are just a couple of examples from my recent visits:n- I ordered potato wedges, I got a ½ full container with soggy potato wedges and was told that was the servingn- I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, the bagel had so little cream cheese you would think it's buttern- I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and bacon, they forgot the bacon. When I went back for my bacon they made me a new bagel with bacon, but almost no cream cheese.n- I ordered an iced coffee with no ice, they filled the cup ½ full and told me that was the serving if you don't take ice.n- coffee is often burntnnThis location does not respect recommended serving sizes. Don't expect to receive the food you ordered based on what you saw in the photos on the menu because you will be disappointed.nnI have reached out to Tim Hortons customer service multiple times and they say the same thing every time: it's a franchise and they will pass the information on to the franchisee and they will get back to you....but they never do.
