The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making it the best Tim Hortons in Montreal. Service is quick, and the atmosphere is always positive. The food is always prepared with love and tastes delicious.
I’ve been a regular customer at Tim Hortons for years, but today was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. , the lady manager on duty was extremely rude and unprofessional.nnI had a simple question about my order being wrong, and instead of helping politely, she responded with a very disrespectful attitude, as if I was bothering her. She cut me off while I was talking, rolled her eyes, and spoke in a tone that was totally unacceptable for someone in a manager position.nnI wasn’t being rude or loud – just asking for a correction – and she made me feel embarrassed in front of other customers. There was zero customer service, no apology, nothing. Just attitude.nnThis is not what Tim Hortons should be about. I hope upper management takes this seriously because customers deserve respect, not to be treated like a burden. I won’t be returning to that location unless something changes.
We ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and clarified with the cashier if thats all there is inside. She said yes. We get our order and there’s bacon inside. We asked them to make another one. They just simply removed the bacon from the original. At first we were going to eat it but then we see some bacon underneath the sandwich. We tried to ignore it and not cause any problems and took 1 bit and it was so salty. I had my daughter go up and try to return it. I was like let’s just get our money back bc we don’t trust them making the sandwich. While my daughter explained to the lady 3 times why we were returning it the worker proceeded to get the manager & speak in their language not thinking my daughter would understand. Calling her a “Karin” she came to get me saying they were giving her trouble to return the sandwich. I got up & was wondering what is the problem. The manager starts speaking so loud saying why are you returning it? I can make a new one. I told her why and that we weren’t comfortable eating the sandwich any more. She went to the cash and told the next guy is line rudely to move and go to the other cash bc she needs to make a return. He was not happy with her tone, and was telling her…She is very deceiving. She even gave us a compliment when we walked in. Her tone changed drastically when something wasn’t to her liking.
Rabbia is an exceptional employee! Every time I come in, she greets me with a big smile and makes sure my order is perfect. She’s quick, professional, and genuinely cares about the customers. You can tell she takes pride in her work. Tim Hortons is lucky to have her! Keep it up, Rabbia!
