I went on a Monday night at 11:30 PM. Surprisingly the place was packed, took the last parking spot in their parking lot.nnPlace was clean and there was no lineup, so service was fast. The employe was polite.nnOn the other hand, the choices for donuts was terribly limited. None of the stapples were available: Chocolate glazed, honey glazed, boston cream, etc. None available. They had about 20-25 donuts total in the display and none of the choices were very appealing. I ordered 6 and emptied one of their options, with 2 more from an other that I also emptied. So not great for customers that would come after.nnThe donuts themselves are pretty meh. If you compare what they are offering now from say 10 years ago, it's night and day. They look and feel like what you would buy at a super market.nnComparing Tim's offering with Krispy Creme or Bernie Beigne and they look pathetic.nnThis is an update to a previous review I did several years ago, at that time it was 5 stars. So they did deteriorate quite a bit. I hope they will improve because right now, the food itself is not really worth it IMHO. I don't drink coffee so maybe for people wanting a place to relax and have a coffee it would be ok, but for the donuts I would not bother.
You can tell this branch is one that values customer experience. The food always feels fresh, the service is done with a smile, and the place is always spick and span.

The manager of this place and specially for the morning shifts is impolite! she asked us to leave the place after 1 hour and a half! we did buy from the place and we were taking an online courses! we are students and she doesn't have the right to say that to us! and the place is not even full!! the employees were cery nice with us the let us stay to finish our class but the manager was really mean ! i will not come back to this place again!nI will post a live photo to show you that the place not even half full!!!!!
Went there on my 15 around 10h am. My bread was burnt. Like how can you serve that to someone?
