I always go to the Tim Horton's drive through and most of the times the coffee I get is missing either milk or sugar. Some employees are even racist and most of the times the sandwiches are not fresh. Please work on your customer service and serve fresh as your motto is fresh always!
A reasonably clean restaurant with an organized team. No drive through which is a pain to have to park and wait in line which can be very long in peak hours but interestingly there are always lines which makes me wonder why there are not more staff or is there a limit to how many employees can be absorbed into their cost structure.
I went to drive through at 6:35. The lady was maybe old lady. She was very rude. Did not wanted to take the order. She was yelling very badly. She was abusive. I had to cancel the order because of her behaviour. Very bad customer service. Employees are to make customers happy not to destroy the day of customers. The way she talk to me she would be talking the same way with others. You should fire her from the way of her talking.
This Tim’s should be used for coffee purposes ONLY and in desperation times too…. Please be careful when ordering through the drive through because according to staff the owner doesn’t care about insects being on the food
The experience varies greatly depending on when you go. If you u go on a weekday morning, they’re the fastest Tims I’ve ever been to. Even if there’s 10 cars in the lineup, you’re out of there in 5-10mins max. Afternoon or weekends, there’s an old lady that works there that gives so much attitude, I hate going there in the afternoons. If you need a late night snack, the guy that works over night, hands down makes the best BLT in the city.
