During the week the service is pretty good, nice people, efficacy and the team looks like they work pretty good together. During the weekend is the inverse 0 service, they talked between each other making clients wait to order or waiting their orders until they finish talking. They hand you your food and it's badly done. No matter what language you used they don't get sometimes what you said and just pass whatever they think you said as an order so you constantly have to check them. The infuriating part is that they tend to ignore you unfortunately the good job that teams does during the week its covered by a bad service during the weekends
I ordered only a croissant, and it tasted terrible! The lady at the drive-thru should be more considerate and never provide expired food to customers! We are not animals that can be fed anything!
This Tim’s should be used for coffee purposes ONLY and in desperation times too…. Please be careful when ordering through the drive through because according to staff the owner doesn’t care about insects being on the food
After a long time, my husband and I just visited this Tim Hortons location for a breakfast… and being honest, the thing I liked the most about this location, is the beautiful service. The young girl going by the name JASTINA served everyone with a beautiful smile on her face… it makes your experience 10 times more enjoyable. This location is probably my favorite .
Today morning I ordered veggie habanero wrap I mentioned two or three times that please make it vegetarian and still when I checked there was chicken in it.nThis is insane and I paid $8 for a wrap and still not able to eat it. Worst service ever.
