My favourite Tim Hortons location because they have white hot chocolate! Love their food and desserts too!
Incompetency running in every Tim Hortons/McDonald's now. You guys need to pay these people more and actually train them properly or hire competent workers, it's filled with illiterate, incompetent workers.nnI understand some of them don't speak French or English properly but they should understand basics or at least try to understand when people speak to them, they are rude, they downright get frustrated or ignore everything being said to them.nnNo sane person would work in places like these unless they are starting out or they don't have other options.nnThey can't even properly wrap a wrap lol I bought 2 worker's wraps, the eggs and sausages werent cut in half to evenly fill out the wrap, instead the eggs and sausages all ended up in the bottom of the wrap... this isn't rocket science nnRidiculous, they also never fail to mess up orders, I make sure to repeat myself 3-4 times to make sure. Permanent PTSD nnSomething needs to be done.nnThis review will probably go unheard or unnoticed but I did my part ‍
They ignored me for 10 minutes, they are so racist just because of my looks , they ignored me . So disappointed !!!!!!!!!!!
New employee are ok ,kind,the others are like a cancer inside this Tim Hortons, still with attitude, no manners at all.tables dirty, luckily found 1 clean.Training well your people Tim Hortons will be beneficial for this location
