Best Tim's in the west island. Great staff, clean always served quickly. The 2 Lovely ladies that work on the over night shift always have great attitude each time I'm getting my coffee in the morning.
Drive thru lady was rude. We ordered in advance using an app, when we came 20 minutes later, the food wasn’t ready and we got scolded for changing pick-up method to drive-thru. She sounded like we’re such an annoyance to her. Lettuce was partially black and slimy.
Best Tim Horton on the West Island. I usually go in the morning and the coffee is always fresh as are the donuts and other baked goods. This Tim Horton is one of the only ones that serves toast. I have been to others on the West Island and they do not serve toast.
I've noticed that the person at the counter sometimes gets the order wrong, possibly because they're rushing to serve the next customer. It's a good idea to double-check your order before you leave the counter to save time. Other than that, the food is tasty, and the atmosphere is enjoyable.
Ordered 6 donuts. The glazing appeared only on one side for the glazed sour cream bone dry on the other side, the honey crullers were the same as the latter; one side was dry and shrivelled I kindly tried to exchange one of the honey cruellers, and the employee flipped the donut in the box to make the good side of it show up top! I was speechless about how terrible such customer service this was. It's just a damn donut, for God's sake! Behaving as if it would make them bankrupt to exchange one donut. This location is now easily in the top 3 worst Tim Hortons franchises I've been to across Canada. And the lights above the table are dusty as hell. I can't even begin to imagine how much dust must be sitting on top of those joist-looking decorations hanging from the ceiling... bon appétit
