HinI was impressed with the evening shift members.i came at around 5:30pm it was busy I ordered veggie wrap and a steap tea which were very perfectly made . Staff was also very cooperative they treated very polity with a smiling face which impressed me to come again here also service was very good as they told me wait for steap tea for 3min and I get my tea within time limit I truly impressed
The staff is quite slow and unexperienced. Took around 15 minutes to get 2 drinks.nnOverall location is easily accessible. A bit small.nnHowever the customer service was good. They were friendly and courteous.
Today I wasn't happy but same time I know mistake happen sometime. So I had always get my ice cap here but today i didn't like what the cashier did. Not sure if she new or not but she look kind of new but today i had decide to take the Fall Ice cap but i did told the lady 2 times fall ice cap but she didn't put it. I told myself like okay maybe she doesn't know how to put it so i hope they give it to me but i only got a regular one and i given 5$ when it costed 4.13$ but she didn't give my change back that i didn't like but i wasn't in the good mood today so i just said you know what doesn't matter.
The employees who make the food can’t even change their gloves. I went in to get a wrap and the guy making the food had to serve some mayo to another customer, so he went to go get a cup and then dropped something on the floor, wearing gloves he picked it up and then served her. I was waiting for him to change his gloves until he came back to the counter and I asked him “Are you going to change your gloves?” and he immediately went to go do it but its frustrating that I have to tell him to do that. Why isn’t that your first thought after touching the floor? Imagine if I didn’t say anything, would have he changed his gloves? I also work in restauration and I always serve my clients with clean hands and we don’t wear gloves, we wash our hands. so its frustrating having to tell someone to do that when that is food safety and policy. Not only that, the wrap he gave me is burnt and there’s no sauce. I didn’t see until I got home, so i’m really disappointed. I don’t think i’ll be going back there, I’m writing this cause that was my last straw, really, disappointed.
