I come here every day to start my day with a coffee, and every time I walk in, I’m greeted with kindness, warmth, and great service. Everyone here is always so polite and hardworking—it really makes a difference in my day.nnI especially want to mention Navdeep. She is incredibly sweet, always calm, and never without a smile on her face. Her positive energy is truly appreciated and leaves a lasting impression.nnThank you to each and every one of you for the wonderful service and for working so hard every single day. Tim Hortons is truly the best coffee shop in Canada. Their freshly brewed coffee, delicious donuts, and affordable breakfast sandwiches always make my mornings better. The staff is friendly, fast, and professional, and the service is always consistent and reliable.nnI love the iced capp, timbits, and the always fresh baked goods. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and comfortable, making it a perfect spot to grab a quick bite or relax with friends.nnIf you’re looking for great value, excellent customer service, and quality food & drinks, Tim Hortons is the place to go. I ordered a cold beverage and had an exceptionally wonderful experience with the quality of food and service that I was being provided. I would like to recognize an employee Deep Preet Singh for going above and beyond and surpassing customer service experience.

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience my senior father had at your location. When he went to order, not only was the order completely messed up—missing 2 coffee orders, a quencher without syrup, and other mistakes—but the staff member had the audacity to blame him for their errors.nnWhen I came in to help sort it out, I was shocked to hear the girl at the counter say: “Why did you send him? He was so confused. You should have ordered.” That is deeply disrespectful and completely unacceptable. My father is a regular customer and a capable individual. Being older or needing a moment to clarify his order is never an excuse for rudeness or condescension.nnTo treat a senior citizen this way is appalling—and frankly, it felt like we were being judged not only for his age but also for not being Canadian-born. If that’s the case, it’s outright discrimination, and I sincerely hope that’s not the kind of behavior Tim Hortons stands behind.nnIf I hadn't been there today, my father would have left feeling insulted, blamed, and without part of his order. I urge management to take this seriously. Seniors, or any customers for that matter, deserve patience, respect, and dignity. No one should ever feel dismissed or humiliated—especially not at a place they regularly support.nnPlease address this issue, retrain your staff on respectful customer service, and take action to prevent this from happening again—to anyone.
