WORST SERVICES EVER!nMy girlfriend ordered a coffee this AM but the milk tastes odd, my gal tried to speak nicely with the staff abt the situation, one of the two employees from this morning shift didn’t help her change it to a freshly made coffee with Fresh milk. and instead, this employee tried to argue with my girlfriend with the bad service attitude, i would like manager at this location look into this incident and REALLY teach the employee what a good customer service should be looked like!nPs. I worked at Tim’s as my first job, best course of action is to offer customer a solution which is a new coffee freshly made and offer a simple sorry and move on.nBetter employee with better customer service and better attitude should be considered to replace the ones who cannot be trained/coached.

I ordered a regular icecap and it tasted like whipped cream, no coffee flavour at all. I tried letting the person know who made it that they messed up the ingredients/ratios a little and a second worker joined in and told me it tasted that way because she just cleaned the machine. I told her that was wrong, and she said okay you can go and waved for me to leave. Cleaning the machine does not magically remove coffee flavour and make it sweeter, also if cleaning the machine did change the flavour like that then that would mean you're giving your customers cleaning products in the drinks and not properly cleaning out the machine. I said from the start that it was fine and I didn't want a refund or anything, but whoever set up the machine should know they messed it up. Telling your customers they can leave because you made a mistake is terrible customer service

I work near this Tim hortons, and it really gets busy but their service is very good. Employees are very quick and once in a rush hour I got the wrong order and I requested them and they changed it for me. I loved how they handled calmly.
