Tim Hortons

Loved my turkey and bacon club with a peach refresher at 1am but they definitely hate their job. The bread has a soft interior and toasted exterior with the right amount of mayo. I wish I ordered the large Peach Refresher because it's so sweet and light you'll finish it fast.

Those tables are a major safety hazard. Unsure how they were cleared to be manufactured. All my kid did was rest her elbow on the table, and the whole thing tilted, causing her to lose her balance and fall on her head! Luckily, there was no open wound, but it left her with a nasty bump. I asked one of the staff for an ice pack, and she had no clue what that was. She gave me a styrofoam cup of ice instead. I was appalled by the fact that the place either has no emergency kit or the staff are unaware. Not one of them even inquired to check on us. There were some kind fellow customers who jumped in to help. Clueless staff and disappointing service, to say the least.

Nice place to relax and enjoy the coffee in busy downtown! Coffee is always hot and service is fast. Well maintained property including the parking lot. There is a worker engaged specifically to keep the outside property clean.

Just try to purchase at Tim Hortons with $100 bill.nShivam cashier didn’t serve me due to $100 bill. I had no other cash with me. Shivam had no tag with name and management wasn’t at location. When I asked where is the sign that the not excepting $100 bill then Shivam let me know that it’s the Tim Hortons policy! So $100 it’s not money anymore for Tim Hortons! I so disappointed. My two kids was crying because they wasn’t able to get they sweets due to I didn’t had a change!!!! Day was ruined by famous Tim Hortons!

I've ordered coffee here for 9 +years, and everything was ok,but now they are giving it warm or cold as hell, and i asked other people i work with and it's the same for them as well.I had to take something back not once but 3 times today, and the last time I gave up and drank it warm .nnThe problem is it's been happening way too frequently here, just recently, that my coffee isn't hot and the reason from the guy who gave me a hard time todaynWhat do you expect I put cold milk in your coffee so your coffee isn't gonna be hot.How is it other Tim Hortons places can get it right but for some reason this place can't all of a sudden.Ill either go to Starbucks beside them or another Tim Hortons.Im disappointed with the location and probably won't be backnUpdated review
