Service is always fast here. If they make an error they will fix it quickly and kindly. Its a VERY busy location so the staff work hard to get things done efficiently. They are always friendly at the drive thru and the food is usually good. Sometimes you get a stale bagel, but typically good fresh food.nnThe parking can be annoying because drive through can block driveway and you cant get in or out. Very busy spot and location due to being next to a highway.

Hi They have the best Manager and the morning team 6am - 10pm is the best. If you need a boost of energy and positivity drive there at this time and you will see how all Tim Hortons drive thru should operate. Pay them a visit if your in the areas I’ve lived in the area for 9years and I always go there.

Very unprofessional service. The staff does not listen to orders properly. This is not the first time it has happened. I have repeatedly received my tea without sugar, even though I clearly asked for it.nnI complained at the counter the day before yesterday, and they apologized and said it wouldn’t happen again. Unfortunately, the very next day the same employee served me tea without sugar again.nnThis level of carelessness is unacceptable. If this location continues like this, it will not keep up its standards. Management really needs to start taking action and ensure staff pay attention to customer orders.

I’ve been having an ongoing issue with my tea order for the past 4 days. I always ask nicely for 3 sugars and 2 cream, stirred well, but I consistently receive tea with 1 sugar or less. I make sure to explain it calmly every time, yet the order keeps coming out wrong.nnI work right beside this Tim Hortons, and our workplace buys 10–15 medium cups daily on average, so this isn’t a one time visit. When orders are repeatedly incorrect, it becomes frustrating,nespecially when it’s a very simple request.nnI don’t understand what rush causes such basic mistakes, but I really hope management can train employees to be more attentive and consistent with orders. When I asked the staff why the washrooms have been unavailable so often, they responded rudely and said that the washrooms were not available for customers.nnThis has been happening frequently since new staff started working there. As this is a dine-in location with seating, I understand that at least one washroom should be available for customers, as per public health and accessibility standards.nnI kindly request that this issue be looked into, both regarding the availability of washrooms for customers and the manner in which staff are addressing customer inquiries.nnThank you for your attention to this matter.
