Loved my turkey and bacon club with a peach refresher at 1am but they definitely hate their job. The bread has a soft interior and toasted exterior with the right amount of mayo. I wish I ordered the large Peach Refresher because it's so sweet and light you'll finish it fast.

This used to be a good location but tonight I discovered a fly stuck on a chocolate dip donut. Absolutely gross!

I am very disappointed. I stood in line for a long time. when I went to place an order, the cashier approached another customer at the second window and took the order from him. We had to stand in a new row again. this is very bad for the institution. I really like the coffee here, but I don't want to go here anymore.

Those tables are a major safety hazard. Unsure how they were cleared to be manufactured. All my kid did was rest her elbow on the table, and the whole thing tilted, causing her to lose her balance and fall on her head! Luckily, there was no open wound, but it left her with a nasty bump. I asked one of the staff for an ice pack, and she had no clue what that was. She gave me a styrofoam cup of ice instead. I was appalled by the fact that the place either has no emergency kit or the staff are unaware. Not one of them even inquired to check on us. There were some kind fellow customers who jumped in to help. Clueless staff and disappointing service, to say the least.

There is nothing more disrespectful than being served by a group of women who work at this place. They always make fun of people, but today they went beyond rude. I went to the thru-drive at about 6:50 am and when I placed my order, the person behind the microphone started making fun of my tone of voice, imitating me. When they handed me the coffee, they all in unison started saying thank you and bye bye more than 6 times in an aggressive and mocking tone. Especially the older ones with glasses. It is horrible to be served by such rude women. I hope management gets in touch with me. And this is not the first time they have done this. These employees are extremely unpleasant.
