The customer service was good as when i pointed the order was recorded wrong they immediately mentioned to replace the drinks. However, i ordered a venti and it isnt really the persons fault. However, the amount of ice added in a $10 drink is what concerned me. The cup is filled above the max line.nSo the ice made it utterly impossible to even rate a drink. And no hate to the worker, she was too nice. But the drink was pathetic.
This Starbucks location is definitely on the higher end. It offers ample seating, a high ceiling, minimalistic decor, and is very clean. The team is relatively efficient, but there is room for improvement in ensuring orders are prepared at a consistent pace. It would be nice if the staff made an extra effort to welcome customers, even with just a simple smile.
The Staff/women are amazing and always have suggestions, there’s always Clients that over stay. They are there for hours and we just want to enjoy our drinks/meals but never have a place to sit specially on a drizzly day like today. There should cap or have no pc/laptop rules during the weekends.
Very big with huge seating area and clean washrooms. The service was great and has a drive thru too. Had some spare time before going to costco so dropped by and was very pleased with the experience. If your nearby and have some time to spend..get out the place.
I was not upset I couldn't find seat. They have a large space and definitely add more seats to make it cozier. It's one of the largest Starbucks locations I have seen but a major lack of seating, even cozy sofas. I rarely go to a Starbucks outside the downtown core. I came here because they had parking and it's close to my house. I was upset with how the staff spoke to me, as if I didn't know how to order a coffee. A gold card means you order coffee frequently. I asked for a tall in a grande cup coffee, because this way they don't have to spill my coffee to give me space for milk. Additionally, every Starbcuks when you ask for a splash of milk soy or almond or cream, they ask if you want it steamed or not. I asked for it steamed and she charged me extra. When I asked why the extra charge when I only asked for splash she proceeded to just put me down in my place. Definitely not polite. When I got my coffee the cup was empty. It didn't have any coffee in it, just steamed soy milk. LOL.... I did order it in English. She fixed it, but my biggest issue with Starbucks is that in a world where dietary restrictions are a medical reason, we are still charging for soy or alternative dairy? Lack of seating, unprofessionalism, and not a cozy environment. I don't recommend this Starbucks location. There are so many more friendlier ones.
