Starbucks

This Starbucks location is definitely on the higher end. It offers ample seating, a high ceiling, minimalistic decor, and is very clean. The team is relatively efficient, but there is room for improvement in ensuring orders are prepared at a consistent pace. It would be nice if the staff made an extra effort to welcome customers, even with just a simple smile.

The customer service was good as when i pointed the order was recorded wrong they immediately mentioned to replace the drinks. However, i ordered a venti and it isnt really the persons fault. However, the amount of ice added in a $10 drink is what concerned me. The cup is filled above the max line.nSo the ice made it utterly impossible to even rate a drink. And no hate to the worker, she was too nice. But the drink was pathetic.

Very spacious space, has plenty of seats & can do your work without being interrupted.nnHowever, the service is very slow. 5 staff working on a Friday afternoon and it took 20 minutes to get my 2-drink order that I placed on my mobile app.

Wow, we were just helped by Garth at the drive thru and he was the nicest! So friendly and quick. It’s not often I feel compelled to write a review about a particular person, but he was really great.

Bad customer servicenI would give 0 star if there is an option .nI’ve been in this location every week with my family for 7 yrs . Their staff are very friendly and welcome , that’s the reason we keep coming here for long time.nBut today , I’m very disappointed about 1 staff . She made me feel like she was discriminating against us and looking down on our English speaking abilitynnIn short, she is discriminating against Asians . I’m Vietnamese . My family members are elders so they r not as good in speaking English and of course because it’s not their mother tongue . So they gave her their phone which had the customize the drink to make an order - so that’s easier for both to make the right order . But instead of look at the order on our phone as those staff who usually very friendly and helpful n, she told them to read it while she knows their english is not good and gave us an extremely bad attitude .nAt the end , I know the rest of their staff are very nice to every single customer , will definitely coming back but if we see her at the counter - we’ll leave !nAnd sure, I’v got her name and will report her to the customer service / head office , whichever I can !!!!
