Tim Hortons

Drinks are consistently well made. Line moves fast both for walk-in and drive thru. Bakery items always look fresh.

It's baffling how bad this location is. 90% of the time they get my order wrong if not mine then the person ahead or behind me. If I ask for a cold brew they give me iced coffee luke warm with completely melted ice. If I ask for milk they do cream. Even the dark roast tasted like they'd forgotten to switch the filter/coffee = watered down is an understatement. And the area behind the counter just looks grimey, like it's never had a proper clean.

We first time in Canada. Great food, great coffee, great people. What else.....

When I returned, the missing item four cheese stick was bagged and sitting off to the side. It was obvious that someone forgot to add it to the bag. Also, when I received another sandwich, the attendant wasn't paying attention and placed the sandwich on wet coffee on the counter. What the hell is going on?

If you don't have a car, you don't matter. 4 people working DT only one person working the entire front line. Didn't have Sausages ready and quoted a 10 min wait because they hadn't actually put them in the oven yet. Sausage cook for less than 5.nRestaurant smells like burnt food.nnManager on her phone on the front line.
