Tim Hortons

Usually here on a regular basis by work but maybe the last... Cindy takes my order and not to her fault the Croissant breakfast sandwich is just tossed in a bag as you can see. I told Cindy that I won't waste food and won't return it but to mention this should have a little love in making and giving it to a customer.. she continues to smile and laugh with her colleagues without any apology or attempt to rectify the issue. Customer service is getting worse at tim Hortons...pob worth the extra spend on Starbucks or McDonald's.

Great value flatbread pizza and the mayo sauce goes well with it.nnThe seating area could do with some cleaning. And my order did take a while even though I had the only order in progress.

So I sometimes come here to get a breakfast wrap and the occasional coffee. Today I went to get a sausage breakfast wrap with no line in the drive through and no one behind me to pay and realize they gave me a hash brown and bacon breakfast wrap.... I still need food so I'm eating it but come on seriously why anre all Tim Hortons this bad at getting orders right. Especially with zero line up in DT.

ALERT - indoor dining is limited to under 1 hour or your vehicle will be ticketed + new money grab opportunity for the city.nI was advised to keep buying something every hour save receipts and moving the vehicle to a new spot if I am dining- in longer than an hour & in case I get an unfair ticket then to use the receipt and fight it at the city offices.nWe the people from surrounding neighborhoods gather here to socialize and give business to this establishment.nWeird over reaction to those transit takers who park their cars at this parking lot.

.I recently visited this location and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The customer service was disappointing; the staff seemed indifferent to the needs of the customers. Additionally, the owner appeared to lack interest in addressing these concerns.nnOne of the most frustrating aspects was that they close the patio at 9 PM, even on weekends during the summer. This policy is quite inconvenient, as many people enjoy outdoor seating during the warm evenings.nnI hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
