Tim Hortons

This place is always clean, service is always prompt. Unlike other Tim Hortons locations I don't get sick eating the food. From how they keep the eating area and the countertops it's always clean there's never crumbs or anything left everyone is practicing good hygiene. I absolutely love this location before I found this location I had stopped going to Tim Hortons for about 3 years now it was someone who told me about this place I tried it because I was close to work and I'm now a fan. The ladies who run this place run a tight ship absolutely love it if I could give more stars I would love how they're running this area

Usually here on a regular basis by work but maybe the last... Cindy takes my order and not to her fault the Croissant breakfast sandwich is just tossed in a bag as you can see. I told Cindy that I won't waste food and won't return it but to mention this should have a little love in making and giving it to a customer.. she continues to smile and laugh with her colleagues without any apology or attempt to rectify the issue. Customer service is getting worse at tim Hortons...pob worth the extra spend on Starbucks or McDonald's.

Last week I got a hair in my Habenero Chicken Bowl and I had to throw the whole bowl. And today I got in for Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap. The chicken is completely burnt and inedible.

Great value flatbread pizza and the mayo sauce goes well with it.nnThe seating area could do with some cleaning. And my order did take a while even though I had the only order in progress.
