The store baristas aren’t friendly, or aware of company policies for a refill. Too sad to be denied a refill despite being a regular. The baristas need better training!

The team is incredible. Seeing the manager and owner/lead involved in orders is amazing.nnLove the different playlists that are chosen depending on the day.

Baristas need to be more professional. Very lazy. Though store is very cozy and warm vibe.

Absolutely wonderful experience, with holiday cheer, nice bathrooms, good wifi, great drinks. I would return to this location in a heartbeat. Absolutely adore the historical painting.

Good experience. Staff was helpful. I had my neice there and had no clue what a kid would like. I kinda wished they had better kid friendly suggestions or a kids menu when I asked what she might like. Kids see secret menu items and really want to try what they see online, it would be great if the staff was in the know. Either way was a good experience.
