Tiger Sugar

It was my first time buying from Tiger Sugar Markham location. We were craving for brown sugar boba milk. It was one of our favourite! The taste of the drinks were not bad but the pearls tapioca were a great disappointment. It happened to all three cups. The pearls were really hard and we could not even bite into it. We gave up after trying chew on a few pearls. They were so hard to chew on. What a pity! Hopefully this will not happen again if we ever order from there.

Their drink tastes the best! The store is clean and cozy, price is nice, and the taste is outstanding! I love their black sugar boba, I’ve never been to any other milk tea stores ever since I’ve tried their drink!

Heard some great things about this chain and finally took the plunge after doing some groceries at the T&T across the way. Upon entering, the decor is definitely modern and unique. You can see why it was a busy hangout spot pre-covid. I ordered their signature black tea latte which was a safer ‘first time’ drink to try. Ordering was simple and fast as it was not too busy. The drink itself was pleasantly delicious and flavourful. The tea was not overpowering but had a strong flavour while the tapioca was cooked perfectly and just the right amount of chewiness. I did notice that perhaps for first timers, the menu might be a little overwhelming as they are not categorized or any indication of what is a best seller. Will definitely try some of their other drinks again soon!

Came in on a weekday at 2pm and it was empty. Ordered the Brown Sugar Cafe Latte with Cream Mousse 1/2 off promo. Good coffee flavour, not too sweet, pearls were a little soft for my liking, and I couldn't taste any of the cream mousse. A bit pricey $6.95 regular price and overrated for an average drink but it's worth trying. Service was friendly and quick. I'll probably come back to try their actual milk tea one day.

Brown sugar bbt trend is still going! Tiger Sugar is one of those famous brown sugar boba shops from Taiwan. Service They have the soft opening BOGO today. There were about 30 people in the line but still moving in a decent pace. It took around 10-15 mins from the end of the line to the counter and got my drinks after ordering in 3-5 mins. That was a great service, better than what I expected. Taste Their brown sugar is aromatic and the sweetness is okay. The sugar level is fixed for brown sugar series but still can choose an iced one, get it in room temperature or hot. Boba/Pearl I ordered a Brown Sugar Boba/Pearl Milk and a Brown Sugar Boba Milk. Pearl is the tapioca ball in a smaller size and Boba is the big guy. The batch of Boba I got was apparently undercooked and cooked unevenly. They are hard in the core and some of them are definitely not easy to chew and have a powdery feel. This is understandable in this busy promotion soft opening day. The staff may not be able to stir the pot as frequently as it should be. I will recommend the supervisor sample taste every batch before serving. Overall it is a nice experience and I would like to try other things when I’m in the area.

Came on a weekday, almost no lineup, but the service was extremely slow. We had to ask if they have our order ready twice before the cashier put the drinks in a tray. The drinks were just sitting on the counter. The bubble tea isn't bad. A little too sweet, definitely too much ice.

Great, great service!! Went above and beyond and gave me amazing service. I needed a large order and it was served to me within reasonable time and with a smiling face. This will be my goto Tiger Sugar.

The brown sugar marbling on these drinks is so pretty and mesmerising! Love the mix of big boba, tiny pearls, and coffee jelly in the drink! So many different toppings in my mouth! It's not too sweet and the boba is soft and chewy! Glad they opened a new Markham location!

Just went there. Music was way to loud, the girl can’t even hear me. I tried to reduce the sugar level. But I hear the person behind me if they can reduce sugar, not sure what they ordered but u can’t. Anyway I wasn’t even finished ordering and the girl rush me to do payment. I didn’t like that, also their payment option she went directly to machine, I was thinking of paying cash, if they don’t accept I get it. And their option for tips is 15% and up. It is a small amount but still. I think their drinks are way to sweet and their tapioca is a bit hard. Feel like they didn’t fully cooked it. Their drink is alright.

Got the tofu soy milk drink on Tuesday evening and was greeted with friendly service and got my drink super quick, much better than the midland location in my opinion. I’ve noticed there’s only 1 person working most times I come so I'm impressed by how quick my drinks were made given that there’s only 1 staff there. Also, tiger sugar company must’ve changed the soy milk base because it tastes terrible compared to the original formula. Giving 5 stars for the service though.
