Cute store!! Have a bunch of cool and instagramable drinks! The service is super friendly. The drinks can be on the sweeter side I usually get 30% or lower. They have so many cool collectibles !

There’s a special promotion, from 11am to 5 pm any 2 drinks is $12. Toppings are extra. The matcha is by far the best we have ever had strong matcha flavour. Kiwi lychee slush without cheese foam, the lychee flavour is strong so we couldn’t taste the kiwi. Still very good. Our first trying and definitely will come back for more. The cashier is very friendly and patient answering all the questions without looking annoyed.

The drinks are so good. Love that they have summer happy hour $12 for 2 drinks. And also the service is always great and friendly.Food: 5/5

Great interior design, drinks are good but waiting time is too long just for one normal drink, like mine was just a peach strawberry ice tea. I probably would go back and try other flavours because the drinks presentation are pretty cool.Food: 5/5

super excited that Cadillac Fairview decided to add another location into one of their malls! Don’t have to go down to eaton centre now! The drinks are nice and innovative, the place has a really amazing decor and vibe and it’s so nice amd bright and just stands out Went went it first opened back in December and I had just heat the rush as I got my drink. A big line of orders came through. Tried their hime signature drinks: strawberry and the Oreo. The hime is essentially a slush type of drink and trust me, this is gonna be a key drink in the summer! It was so nice and cold, just drinking sips of it actually gave me a major brain freeze. And with a whole slew of drinks on their menu, I totally gotta try them all! Looking forward to that dessert series! Service was quick! And even for the minimal wait time, the drinks came out looking so good! Welcome to markham benkei and great job overall! Lack of staffs? Right before my order they had to make previous orders so I had to wait 10-15minutes again even I waited for 5 minutes+ already to be my turn... Drink was little different from other boba teas but ... I don't think it's worth of waiting 20 minutes. Maybe I'll try again when they aren't busy....

The drinks taste good, but very pricy. It is fun to play with the blind box opening, though. The prizes are small but interesting. We got a compact comb. A nice place to take ins pictures.

Very good service, staff are very friendly and patient. So far the four drinks I have tried are all very lovely and perfectly managed sugar leveling. The designs are super beautiful and tasty. The place itself is also beautiful.

I was super excited to try this place. I was unsure what to order since everything looked great. The decor is cute and attractive. I was a disappointed with the drink suggestion - peach hime - I requested the least amount of sugar but the drink itself was still very sweet with the toppings. The cashier might have been new but he wasn't really knowledgeable with what the drinks were when I asked what was popular and what's in certain drinks. It is a specialty drink shop so expect to wait longer than usual for your drink to be made. I gave it a try and it was more of a milkshake when I was expecting more of a bubble tea beverage, I don't think I would come back. Ordered: peach hime, Oreo home, strawberry hime
