Great HK snacks place, reminds me of my primary school days. The egg waffles and condense milk & peanut butter waffles are very good. Owner is very nice as well.

The best waffle I’ve had so far - fresh, crispy outside but soft inside, authentic. The price is amazing for the quality of the waffle. It costed $2.25+tax and $1 for my plum tea. Edit: we went so often the owner recognizes us now and gave us cute decor for our ice cream waffle

Like whoa! this gem of a place with some amazing bubble waffles! I think I found my new favourite place for bubble waffles! So fresh and SO MANY DIFFERENT FLAVOURS! they even have quite a few flavours you can’t get anywhere else! the bubble waffle made fresh on when you order is soft and has a nice chew, but has that little bit of crunch in all the right places as the right time. Don’t know how to explain it, but you just gotta try it for yourself! Had the original to ensure I had no other flavours to hinder my initial taste test and I might even say that adding flavours is doing it wrong! It’s that awesome here! Also had the milk and white chocolate chips and had that nice melted gooey that we all come to love in warm chocolate! Service was awesome! They do mainly speak Cantonese, but I know English is available but just be patient. Definitely have to give this place a shot! Totally recommend this spot! Such a variety of different snacks and they all taste so good for such a good price!! My favourite thing here is the salted caramel egg waffle!!! Also, the owner is the sweetest, he was closing but opened for us on 2 separate occasions!

Delicious, amazing prices, cute shop with the nicest man. He's always super polite. Their bubble tea and egg waffle combo is the perfect little afternoon pick-me-up. Also only for 4.50!

This place may look like a typical snack shop with a lot of variatity on the menu that you have thought nothing is special or no special plates. WRONG! This place is such a hidden gem, the owner is very nice and the price is LOW for its quality. This spot has the best HK egg waffle amoung Markham. The aroma of custard is very strong, the waffle is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The milktea is compared to a lot of chain has a heavier portion on the tea rather than the milk which I personally love. The uber milktea is also a must try, he uses fresh ubre instead of powder, and you can taste the uber bits in the drink, but a bit heavy to my taste. The price is good, the service is food and the food is good, you can't go wrong with this little gem!!

Great place. Staff was very friendly and even though their prices are very, very affordable everything is under $5, they have deals for their drinks! Weekdays after 7pm, drinks are $3, and after 8pm on weekends. They have a wide selection of ice cream and tea flavours. The wait was a little long, but it's expected for that price. They also sell random knick-knacks children's shoes, keychains, flashlights, etc. which was kind of weird, but all in all pretty good! Will be back to try their pineapple bun with ice cream
