I think it was ok. Upon entering there is a bit of a weird smell, like chlorinated sewage. The drink itself though was good, very creative. It came with oats which I liked. A bit too much topping though for my tasteFood: 4/5

I had the most disappointing experience at this place, and I strongly advise you to save your money and avoid it at all costs! I recently visited during their so-called "3.99 promo" for the classic milk tea with grass jelly, thinking it could be a great deal. Little did I know, this promo has more restrictions than a maximum-security prison! First of all, they advertise it as a limited promotion, which is fine, but they conveniently need to mention that you have absolutely zero flexibility with your order. I wanted to make a simple modification to my drink by asking for less ice, However, the guy at the store went ballistic on me! He rudely yelled that all promo offers are fixed and can't be altered in any way, even something as basic as less ice. It's not like I was asking for anything extravagant or expensive. All I wanted was a simple modification to my drink, but that's too much to ask for in this place. They are in a MAKE-TO-ORDER BUSINESS, they should be prepared to accommodate basic requests from their paying customers. Isn't that what good business is about? The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I'll never be returning to this place again. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to accommodate even the simplest requests shows that they don't value their patrons. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else where they actually care about their customers and strive to provide a pleasant experience.

The first time I ever tried this place was back in Feb 2023 which was my best experience, it was a guy who serviced me. The next few times I went, the service was terrible. There is a female staff that works there that served me twice now and both times I've had bad attitude from her. The first time I came, the male gentleman made an awesome drink that included white pearl balls with the drink never asked for it, came with the drink. Came back another time, I asked for the same drink with the girl serving this time and it did not come with the small pearl balls that I loved. When I asked she made the most "what the F are you talking about face to me" before saying no this drink never included that. Fast forward today, I am served with the same girl and upon asking her to not put a topping that usually comes with my drink, she again made the same rude face. I can hear Canto but don't speak it often. She basically said "what is she referring to me even asking about" to another staff, made a face and another lady came to speak to me in English. Overall, this girl staff is terrible and because of her, I will not come back. Drinks are good, just terrible service experience.

cool, unique drinks !! staff were really nice too !! i got the taro and did not expect it to be so thick in consistency, but the delicious, rich flavour absolutely made up for it. it was my first time checking out the spots around langham square, and my friend told me this one was a 10/10 ... safe to say it didn't disappoint !!

2022 January 3.5 Located in Langham plaza, you'll find this bubble tea shop among a few others within the same plaza. Recently opened about a month ago, this is their second location. The place store is a little small inside with no room for sitting space. At least with the current decorations and plants. It's primarily aimed at take out. Ordered the special which is pretty cheap. The Soya Pudding Milk Tea and the Grass Jelly Milk Tea, two for $9 isn't a bad option. The soy pudding version tasted like a soy milk drink. The grass jelly version had some tea flavor, but really felt a little watered down. It's ok if it's on special. Wished their tea base had more tea flavor.

Friendly staff, who gave useful and good recommendation for drinks. Not too sweet, that’s what I like. Shop is small, no space for sit in, otherwise I would give a 5 stars.

Just tried their A1 drink! A blended drink of mango, coconut, sago topped with some ice cream. It was so yummy and perfect on a hot summer day! I love how their drinks come with so many delicious toppings!
