Terry and his team are amazing!  I rent from here at least once per week and the entire team really goes above and beyond.  The cars and vans are always clean, full of gas and mostly scratch and dent free.  If you're looking for new cars, great staff and get service, then look no further than to Thrifty Car and Truck rental at Dixie and Dundas, Mississauga.

I had a great experience with Thrifty. Both customer reps I dealt with were pleasant and professional. Service was quick. Car was exactly as requested. No issues at all. I will gladly rent from them again.

It was good until today. Had to give them 1 star as they don't care who came first and who came after. They take their time and serve 1 customer in 30 min.

Came in for an oil change around 3PM. I was second in line and they told me to wait 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, my car was ready. They advised me on when to come back and the price was reasonable.
