Very sketchy place, terrible service, rude staff and the one Trinidadian guy talk to you like a moron

Very Bad.. Irresponsible.. and undependable.. I reserved a car on the Thrifty website and got a confirmation email, but when I went to this location the manager told me that they DON'T HAVE A CAR for me. I called customer service and they didn't help either . I missed my appointment because of them .
