Thrifty Car Rental

Worst service and experience. Save your time go elsewhere. Edit- Got a car in 10 minutes at a different rental place. For half the charge and zero issues. Still trying to be refunded for the car thrifty charged us for that we never received. They are trying to not refund us now, they are saying our licenses that Enterprise had no issues with, weren't valid to rent to. These guys are scum and thieves.

Called Thrifty main phone number (head office?) for a rental quote for pick-up at the Hollis Street location and the customer service rep ended up booking it and sent me a confirmation by email. I saw the email while still on the phone and questioned him. His answer was that I could cancel it if I wanted. I said cancel it now! He said he did, but I never got a cancellation email. I asked him to wait on the phone until I got the email and he proceeded to hang-up on me. Awful customer service! Now I have to call back and make sure the booking is cancelled. What a waste of time. Hopefully the next customer service rep is more professional than the first!

I am not sure why many has given bad reviews, but for me it went well. Both the guys over there were supporting amd helped me saving money by asking me to get tank filled to avoid charge. Also there canopy is inside westin hotel just om left when you enter.
