The staff was really friendy the car could have been cleaned and by that I mean the garage taken out from under the seating and when they say that they are going to wash it it should be dun I should not have to take it too a car wash so on that note it was a good time

Very run by the seat of their pants. You book to have a car at noon and it's not ready. People work hard there but it's a reactive environment

The thing I didn't like about the service in that branch is the time they keep you on hold over the phone. I had to wait for 25-30 minutes until someone did actually listen to me, and this happened in three phone calls that I had to make. The other thing that they only pick you up from Dartmouth. If you live in Halifax, you should go and pick up the car. However they're likely to upgrade your vehicle, but this depends on the availability.
