Note: If you have a weekend pickup and the door is locked — make sure you knock hard on the glass so they can hear you inside. We had an issue with getting the right vehicle but Elisha helped us get it sorted it out. She did a great job and was very helpful. The staff at the Marriott were great as well. Update: Knocking this down 1 star as there was no one at the location when we returned the car (3pm on a Monday) and the signage of where to park the vehicle was unclear.

High spec Volvo V60, great for driving around Nova Scotia, PEI, New Brunswick and Maine. Faultless service from Hertz in Marginal Rd, from Gail.Close to cruise ship terminal and Farmer's Market and Via train station. Not open at the weekend except by arrangement but other office only at the other end of the boardwalk and the car can be returned here or at the airport easily too.

I rented a car from Charlottetown on july 03 at 10:30PM and returned it at this location on july 04 at around 1:00PM. But they charged me for two days. After that i went to the location i rented it. They told me to come on monday. When i went on monday, the lady there told me she can't do anything . The manager is not here until friday. I was totally pissed off.
