What a great experience! Very helpful, Very Personal and Very Professional! I have rented from Enterprise across Canada and have to say this location is in the top 3.

Charging an extra $75.00 to return the car to another location 25 km away when you have been renting a car for weeks is OUTRAGEOUS. They said: "We know BUDGET includes this service, but ENTERPRISE DOES NOT". Bottom line: Very UNHAPPY customer, but they really don't care. So we will be renting from BUDGET from now on.

The service was very personal, they handled all our needs with attention to all the details of our rentals.  The employees are very friendly, easy to work with, and provide exceptional service.  I will definitely use this company and office again.

Great service, their shuttle met us at the ferry and both the shuttle driver and the woman who checked us in were most welcoming and helpful.
