CarShare Atlantic is the first carsharing service in the Atlantic region starting with the Halifax and Dartmouth urban area market with expansion plans to the region. CarShare Atlantic is a service that provides subscribing members with easy, self-service access to a fleet of vehicles on an hourly or daily basis, 24/7/365. Members pay an annual fee, hourly fee and distance (per km) fee. All fees include gas, insurance, maintenance and free parking on the Halifax waterfront and Port parking lots. Our membership includes individuals, families for personal use and businesses and organizations for workplace use.
CarShare Atlantic is dedicated to promoting environmentally sustainable transportation by providing cost-effective alternatives to vehicle ownership for the Halifax Regional Municipality and Atlantic Canada.
