Wanted to thank Omar and Laurie for the great customer service they provided. Both were attentive and friendly. Omar picked us up from the port and Laurie dropped us back after returning car to make sure we made it back since we were late. Omar called me back to check that I had made it onto the ship. They both went above and beyond to give great customer service. Thank you both so much! Andres

I'd give a higher rating because the drop off service was great, but the guy working at pick up was slow, sarcastic and extremely rude.

Limited car selection, the location did not end up having a mid-size sedan available like we requested online. The worker was very friendly and patient with us
