For god's sake do not risk a walk-in appointment here.nThey have a seamless application online where you can book your appointment in a few seconds.nThe doc will send you out to get a form filled, and when you get back you have someone else in your room and you are asked to come back in two weeks. The runaround can last for hours and you might find yourself leaving the clinic with exacerbated symptoms. I guess that's how the money grab works. Please make sure you book a proper appointment with a doctor with good ethics. Make sure you only deal with Linda or Alia at the reception.nnI guess this is the new face of medicine which is referred to as 'production' where patients are 'processed' as fast as possible to maximize income including upselling and charging exorbitant amounts for services not covered by insurance.
Great Doctors Office! Nice and clean, front staff is wonderful and friendly. Receptionist Alya was lovely and helpful. She always so pleasant and amiable whenever you walk into the clinic. I have never had any regrets in choosing this clinic.nnDr. Alaa Ali is an exceptional and amazing doctor. Thank you for being the dedicated, approachable, thoughtful, and compassionate doctor that you are!You always go above and beyond and work tirelessly towards a healthy outcome. My family feels so blessed to know you and have you as our family doctor.
Dr. Ali has been my family doctor for four years now and he has consistently been kind, conscientious, helpful and a good listener. He also approaches any health issues I have with curiosity and an open-minded approach. Without his willingness to listen and err on the side of caution, I likely wouldn’t have been diagnosed with a life-threatening condition nearly as early as I was. I am eternally grateful for his exceptional care. I have also experienced the support staff to be kind and diligent, doing their best to manage the stress and demands of busy clinic times.
I have been dealing with this clinic since 2015, they are very professional and excellent customer service. Linda, the receptionist and the doctors Dr. ALAA Ali are great. Keep up the good job. Thanks
