I went here for the first time out of convenience last week. They were close and I was told that they excepted walk-ins. I was then sent for blood work and was told I would hear back in 1-2 business days about my results. 3 business days passed and I called to see what was happening. They told me I could have a phone consult about the results at 2:15pm today. It is now 4:15pm and I still have not heard anything from them. I have called to see if I will still be receiving a phone consult and they have said that the doctor will get back to me soon. However, they close at 5pm, so my hopes are not high at this point.
The staff here are simply amazing! When I walked in, you are greeted with such friendliness. Unfortunately there was a gentleman patient who was being abusive to the ladies and when he left, he said he was going to leave a bad review. Please note that patient was in the wrong. Anyways, this is a great office and excellent staff
Terrible clinic, useless staff, booked an appointment a month prior and upon arrival was told that there is no appointment and they don't know anything or can't do anything. Worst experience ever, NOT professionals, hopeless
I’ve been going here out of convenience for a year or so and they’ve always been awful. Wait times are outrageous, they don’t bother calling when you book phone appointments, the doctors are all unfriendly and rush you out and seem bothered when you ask them questions. They have a psychiatrist that’s in once a week, when I told him about my divorce he lectured me about how people need to be married to be fulfilled. Don’t go here.
