I have nothing but good things to say.....I recently moved back to Calgary and re-establish contact with Dr. Prajapati , my doctor from 10 years ago. As in the past, Dr. Prajapati was very thorough, informative and all with a very personable approach. Nurse Samantha assisted in the my treatment and was equally efficient and kept me informed of the procedure. She was also very personable. Throughout the appointment I felt at ease and also felt like Dr Prajapati and Samantha wanted to kelp ME!nI Highly recommend the clinic and am thankful for the quality of care I will continue to receive.
These people are the real deal. Dr Asgapour is absolutely amazing, 10/10, I’m grateful for her. The nurse I saw, also so kind and gentle. Cannot say enough good things about this place. The front desk team, super helpful, 10/10 across the board.
I have seen Dr. Megan Sander several times now for my skincare needs, and I’m very pleased with the service. Dr. Sander’s professionalism, attention to detail- and she also takes time to answer questions with clarity. I’m also very impressed and pleased with nurse Jillian and her patient centred care and professionalism. I feel that I’m very well taken care of and I’m very pleased to give five stars review to Dr. Sander and her team.
Dr. Prajapati is exceptional. His care, professionalism, and attention to detail are truly best in class. He takes the time to listen, explains each step clearly, and ensures you feel comfortable throughout your visit. I saw him for spots of concern melanoma and for flattening a mole, and I was impressed by both his skill and his gentle, precise approach. The entire process was smooth, with results that exceeded my expectations. I left feeling reassured and confident that I was in excellent hands. Highly recommend him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate dermatologist.
You need to fix your Rescheduling and Cancellation process. We are trying yo cancel mu son’s appointment a week before his appointment and we cant get through to the number provided. After being on hold for 15 minutes, you will be directed to a voicemail???? Then they will call you back, if you missed that call, its our fault? Emailed them? It’s useless….. after finally getting a hold of a human being… she will rudely tell you its late cancelling, where in we still have more than 48 hours left? Its ok for the first time but they will flag your file for that late cancellation? Well, there won’t be next time. She even threatened my son that his file will be deleted and its hard to book for an appointment. Rejuvenation Clinic is better, organized and they have cheerful staff.
