Always have a great experience here! Dr Malenfant is very caring and always does everything she can to help. All of the nurses are amazing! I’ve had several different nurses and they always give great advice and make me feel at ease. I wish I remembered all of their names. Jaymee was my nurse today and she made me feel very comfortable and was a huge help. The front desk ladies are always wonderful as well! Everyone here goes above and beyond.
Engelle is truly amazing! If you’re dealing with warts, she’s the go-to expert. Her treatments are completely pain-free, and you’ll leave each appointment already looking forward to your next pain-free visit it hurts like hell
Staff from those persons at the front door to discharge was professional and personable throughout.nWell organized for a very busy clinic, modern and clean!nHowever.waiting rooms are far too small and crowded!!!nnPatients and companions were polite and accommodating, but frankly the crowded spaces are disease carriers! Many patients including me, spent most of an 8 hours wait period in a packed room!nnParking was available and close by, with a proper ramp from pavement to sidewalk! But, wash rooms had only cold water and a jammed paper towel dispenser.nnTHANK YOU for a wonderful Moh surgery experience, BUT more patient space is seriously needed!!nn.
Had a fantastic medical dermatology appointment with Dr. Nguyen and Nurse Nicole. I felt truly cared for & listened to. I previously went to the south location and had met with male doctors where I felt unrecognized and not listened to. I was told to come back after I was done nursing my baby which was over a year so my referral expired. I was not told about this timeline of referral expiry, just to come back when I was no longer breastfeeding. Since I moved, I asked my GP if I could be referred to the North Location instead which I am truly so happy about. The parking is easy to access. The location is nice & clean. All the staff I interacted with were so kind and friendly. While it took a few months from my referral to appointment date, that wait was so worth it.nnI was offered a biopsy which I gladly accepted and it was completed by Nurse Nicole right away. My follow up care was clear. I now trust my skin concerns will be handled with respect and compassion. Nurse Nicole was friendly, attentive, personable, empathetic and professional. I look forward to continuing dermatology care by this clinic and hope to have Nicole as part of my follow up care.
Doctor Nguyen my appointment for 3:40 was scheduled 3 months ago and yet you can’t be bothered to see me after almost an hour of waiting? Disrespectful. Also too many receptionists just giggling instead of talking to patients
