It's pretty rough how poorly the clinic is ran. The majority of these reviews are 1-star for very appropriate and accurate reasons.nnDr. Asher doesn't seem to value what she does as a profession. It's impersonal, highly rushed and mistakes are often made at least in my experience.nnMy last email experience she had made an error by giving me a blank requesition form for a test I needed. Contacting the clinic to get a new form, I had to book another appointment earliest was 2 more weeks. Now my second time in 2 weeks to get this form properly filled out, Dr. Asher had no recollection that I was just here, with the same issue to get a test done... She asks the same introductory questions with no realization that she just did this...nnI would caution anyone looking for a family doctor to keep looking. Dr. Asher is really not a good one.
My Family has been with Dr. Asher for 13 years. Always been easy to come/call and book appointments, very approachable and accommodating. The reception does follow up calls for appointments too. Overall has been a very pleasant experience for us.
If I could report this clinic, I definitely would. The staff is incredibly rude, and the doctors are no exception. I work every day until 4:30, but my family doctor Dr. Asher never has availability past 3:00 PM. For two weeks, I’ve been trying to get my medication refilled, but every time I go in as a walk-in, they tell me they're done for the day. They even refused to accommodate me by providing the refill over the phone. Because of their unprofessionalism and lack of care, my pharmacist had to step in and give me an emergency refill.
Doctor Asher has been my doctor for over five years. She is always caring and helpful. The whole staff are friendly and kind, always. I drive across the city to see her, as she is worth it. I highly recommend Anchor Health and especially Doctor Asher.
Went on a Saturday morning braced for the worst but was pleasantly surprised! The waiting room was jam packed but I was seen and done within an hour. Dr. Dada was professional and efficient and I appreciate the service I got!
