I would like to give a sincere shout-out to the male receptionist working at the front desk today I’m so sorry I forgot his name!.nnI had already called three times to follow up on my prescription. The first two times, I was told that a note would be left. When I spoke with him, he acknowledged that needing to follow up three times isn’t normal and transparently explained that they are currently short-staffed. I truly appreciated his honesty.nnWhat really stood out was that instead of simply saying he would leave another note, he took the initiative to contact the nurse while I was on hold. That small action made a huge difference. It gave me a sense of relief and showed genuine care and accountability.nnAs a registered nurse myself, I understand how busy healthcare settings can be. But I also know how meaningful it is when someone goes the extra mile instead of passing things along. His effort did not go unnoticed — and I truly believe he played a big role in helping me finally receive my prescription.nnHis actions are appreciated and recognized. Thank you for going above and beyond.
nnMy experience with Dr. Kuzel was absolutely flawless from beginning to end. From the very first appointment, I felt genuinely cared for and heard. Dr. Kuzel is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive — he truly listens and takes the time to understand your concerns rather than rushing through the visit.nnHis level of care goes above and beyond. The follow-ups were thoughtful and thorough, and I never once felt like I was just another patient. His generosity with his time, expertise, and reassurance made a world of difference and immediately put me at ease.nnI also want to specifically mention Kara, who was absolutely amazing. She was warm, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, making every interaction smooth and reassuring.nnIt’s rare to find a dermatologist and team who combine such high clinical skill with genuine compassion and professionalism. I’m extremely grateful for the care I received and would recommend Dr. Kuzel and his team without hesitation.
I was recently put in the care of Dr. Gracious. Unfortunately my experiences with him have not been productive or positive. He has been late for every appointment. He spends 5min or less addressing concerns. No real bedisde manner. His nurse seems to do 95% of his job and took more time to answer my questions. He failed to conduct proper testing to determine appropriate diagnosis. I was given a diagnosis and a very expensive perception not covered. I went back to my family doctor who ran some tests. It turns out Dr. Gracious misdiagnosed me! Its a shame to wait months for a referral. Than be put into the care of a doctor who wont take the time to insure accurate diagnosis. He rushed out of our last appointment after barely 5min after being 20min late. I figured he had another appointment to get to and was behind schedule. But no he was leaning against a wall flirting with the nurses as I walked by. Maybe spend more time with your patients and less time in the hall leaning on a wall chatting up the nursesnEdit- judging by all the likes im getting clearly im not alone in my disappointment in Dr. Gracious.
My visit to Rejuvenation was to have a co2 laser treatment. From the reception area to the doctors and nurses that covered my procedure I was made to feel that I was going to get the best of care. My comfort was most important. They covered all questions and fully explained my procedure. Such positive staff and for me an exceptional experience.
The gal that was doing the PDR was Tessa. She is very confident and knowledgeable. I loved how she put me at ease as I was a bit concerned about the procedure. She is quick. Kind of a no nonsense type a gal was my feelings which is good because it adds to her professionalism. She was friendly In my opinion the words you never want to hear Tessa say are, “I’m leaving” Don’t ever let that happen! I think she deserves a financial raise! Loved her
