I went to Rejuvenation for medical reasons not cosmetic but I’m sure the team there excels at both. What a wonderful place & people. First off it was a pleasant surprise there was free parking & it was easy to tell if I had to go to the first or second floor because of excellent signage.nThe receptionists were lovely, one even wished me a Happy Birthday as she noticed mine was coming up soon. The wait was short & then I was greeted by a wonderful, warmhearted nurse named Alison who quickly assessed my issues & then Dr. Kuzel came in.nDr. Kuzel is one of the most highly regarded & respected dermatologists in Canada. Noted for finding problems many other docs miss.nHe was great; kind, friendly & he clearly explained that my concern was not serious yaaay! & was thorough in his examination. What extra impressed was after Dr. Kuzel left I mentioned in passing another problem I had to Alison & she brought Dr. Kuzel back in, he diagnosed it & Alison administered a cure immediately. She was gentle & very professional in her care. I was really pleased at how receptive they were & that I got treatment for something I wasn’t even initially booked to have looked at.nI highly recommend Rejuvenation & the fantastic team. A gold star place.
I always have the best experience with Mellisa. She takes her time to discuss products and treatments that I could benefit from but never pushes you into doing anything you don’t want to. I have been going to the clinic since the beginning when Dr. Campbell owned it and I love that Mellisa is still working there because I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my treatments. She’s the best!
This was my first visit to Dr. Kathleen Fraser. While the first appointment took quite long to materialize, my treatment by Dr. Fraser was exceptionally good. She has excellent bedside manners, very pleasant and attentive. Looking at my situation, she gave me requisite medication to quickly relieve my symptoms and a fast next appointment. I have been very impressed with her. The front desk was professional. Highly recommend them.
Awesome building, reception staff were friendly. Waiting area was very comfortable and the coffee was good. Got in to my appointment on time the nurse was very friendly and professional, i didn't have to wait more than a few minutes for Dr. Atkins to come in. Dr. Atkins was awesome, she explained everything and i received my treatment. In and out in 30 mins.
I have been a patient of Dr. Fraser at Rejuvenation for a number of years and each time I go, it has been a positive experience even when the news isn't so positive. The front desk staff is friendly and have helped me adjust appointments and squeeze me in when plans change. Things run mostly on time and each visit is thorough without being rushed. Dr. Fraser is amazing and is very clear about what is happening and what she thinks the next steps should be. If you have to get your moles checked and you should! Rejuvenate is a great choice.
