I had a great experience at Signature Clinic a few weeks ago. I called before I decided to make the drive over, as it was a Friday afternoon, and most walk-in clinics were already closed. The kind receptionist on the phone assured me that they were still open, and that I would be seen almost immediately. I drove over and I was in and out within just a few minutes with a prescription in hand for my infected finger which was causing me a great deal of discomfort and pain . The receptionist and the front-end staff were absolutely professional, kind, and very courteous. The doctor addressed my concern immediately, and followed up by telling me that if it doesn’t clear up in the next few days to come back. The pharmacy right next to the clinic was also exceptionally quick, and I have my prescription within just a few minutes. They were also extremely kind and helpful, and having everything done within the span of 15 minutes was very convenient. I felt well taken care of, and I will definitely be coming back to this clinic next time. Thank you so much!
At first I was a bit hesitant to visit this clinic based on the reviews. My experience was great. I found everyone to be extremely professional and kind. Dr Zaida is now my family doctor. I communicated the reason for my visit in an efficient manner and doctor Zaida provided the attention I required. The province of Alberta makes it very difficult for family physicians to operate, I feel this clinic is doing the best they can. Remember that they need to see as many patients as possible to keep their business alive. Make sure you arrive ready to communicate your issues as efficiently as possible, it will give you more time with the doctor. I like how Dr Zaida is quick and to the point, allowing me to get back to my day as quickly as possible. I’ll be going to this clinic from now on. Thanks!
I was in on saturday and the doctor put a bandaid on my cut finger, didnt really look to closely and told me he had seen 62 patients that day. He then sent me to sheldon shumir said i needed stitches.nnWaited for six hours to be finally seen and they GLUED my finger shut and bandaged it. The staff were not impressed with the walk in clinic and that he didnt deal with this issue. If a walk in clinic cant stitch or glue skin down and send you to ER they shouldn't be paid for that two minute visit.nRidiculous waste of time and this clinic should be looked into considering its bad reviews.nWill never go back.
Went for a walk in appointment. Front staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Dr.Zaida was abrupt, didn't make eye contact or feel warm and friendly. Assessment felt brief and minimal and I was clearly dismissed from appointment at the end. Overall poor bedside manner. I will not return to this clinic. Considering it is a medical teaching clinic I would expect the bedside manner to be above and beyond. I do realize the constraints the medical system is in, but there needs to be a middle ground.
I was in this clinic yesterday, they took time to address my concerns and it was such a welcoming environment! Nadia and Juvy made me feel comfortable and I really appreciate their kindness! Dr Zaidi was compassionate and professional! Overall it was a positive experience. I recommend this top-notch practice if you are looking for a family doctor!
