These burgers are really worth the price. Great flavour combinations even if some seem a bit wacky. The patties are very juicy and high quality. This place is comfort food done well. I can even rave about the fries! I've had the Tragically Maple burger with fries, the Mac n Cheese burger with onion rings and a Reese's burger (when it was still available). All great choices!

To put it short, the food and service was excellent. My reason for a 4? The menu seems a bit overwhelming with the amount of choices. Sure, variety is great but such an amalgamation of choices can be a bit much. Another thing we found a bit odd was that the server didn't ask how we wanted our burgers cooked (Well-done, medium rare etc). Fortunately, the meat was juicy and still a bit pink! Concerning the food, I had the spicy chips as a side with a veggie dip which was great. My friend had the coleslaw, which according to him was one of the best coleslaw he's had. Both our burgers were delicious, juicy thick patties which were very flavourful. I think what makes a good burger is the beef, and The WORKS definitely knows their beef. I think I'll try their waygu beef next!

Great burgers. Superb selection. But wait times can be improved. It's been slowly getting worse over the years. Can't blame the staff. They do a wonderful job under the circumstances. Management needs to hire more. Hence the 3 stars.

Nice service. Burger are nice, but not stunning. Patty too dry, bun rims a bit burn. Multi grain bun was just "little-grain" bun. Sweet fries are great, and love the dipping sauce. Onion ring a bit overcooked. Overall is a good burger experience.

The service was good aside from not being attended to for about 5 minutes upon entry. It was a huge plus that my friend was able to sample a beer to decide on if they liked it or not. Our waiter was very fun and interactive. The food was also very filling which was great. My veggie burger was so good I took the pic after I started eating.
