Come on guys - the stall in women’s washroom doesn’t have toilet paper dispenser. The door barely locks. No out of order sign on the stall door either.nAndddd the state of the stall next to it is not much better.

They call it a regular size, wasn’t even filled up all the way. This did not even have ice cream filled up to half of the cup

I had an awful experience at this location. I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru, which is completely unacceptable. The staff seemed slow and disorganized, with no sense of urgency. If you're in a hurry or expect decent service, avoid this place! Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a drive-thru.

Located just across from Pickering Town Centre. We came here for lunch on a Saturday and it was not too busy inside but the drive thru and parking was a bit hard to manoeuvre around. Lots of seats, outside patio and it has a Playplace for kids but, I would recommend for kids not too young 4+ ...nOrdering was easy but, waiting took a bit long probably because the staff was focussing on the drive thru orders. Food quality is same/average as other McDonald's.. Very nice place to come and eat but just remember you might have to wait for your order inside and drive thru...

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s drive-thru. The employee taking my order was rude from the start, and when she told me to park, she refused to help me locate the spot when I asked for clarification. On top of that, when I requested a drink tray, she sucked her teeth like I was inconveniencing her. Customer service here is seriously lacking. If you don’t want to do your job with basic courtesy, why even work in customer service? Won’t be coming back to this location.
