Hot Mama Noi's Thai On The Fly

I was looking for a new Thai restaurant to try out in Ajax/Pickering. Hot Mama had the best rating by far on Google. I ate in last week and had the Pad Mama and ordered the Mango Chicken to go. The food was presented nicely, plentiful and delicious. You could taste sweet, sour, hot and savoury. NOT TO MENTION the food was served fresh and the vegetables were still crisp and flavourful. Tonight I went back for round two. I ordered something for my husband who prefers plain food. We ordered him a #4. He ate the whole lot! I ordered the Pad Mama again (because I had craved it all week) and a noodle soup. The food was nicely present, fresh and delicious. Thank you Mama and family!

The food wasn't all bad, but a little skimpy on the white rice (2/3's full), the cashew chicken was not full, the green curry chicken tasted like fish sauce and couldn't taste the coconut flavour. 2nd time there and not impressed considering the place was empty and they could have spent more time on making a better quality meal. The spring rolls were huge and tasty though.

Unprofessional service overall. Had a very disappointing incident experience. Do not go there anytime within an hour of closing.

The curry was like water. There was almost no meat in my meal. And my wife's fried rice was burned and had no taste what so ever. If you want tasty Thai food you better off going to TUM YUM on Baily in Ajax.

Awesome Thai restaurant. The food is delicious and at a very decent price. Portions are huge and very filling.
