Amazing customer service, competent staff and competitive prices. The store owner is very accommodating and will work with you to find solutions. I have used them for printing services and shipping services and have been very impressed.

My sincere gratitude for the UPS team. Before my recent experience at this store I had always worked with Canada Post which was also very good. But this time was even better! Many thanks to Bryan who helped me out to tackle my problem. I will sure business with UPS another time.

The UPS office has opened at 9am this morning and when I arrived at 10am, they had a "Sorry, Will be back in 20mins". As far as I'm conserned, it's illegal in Quebec to take a break before you've worked a minimum of three hours. Now I've been waiting 25minutes and counting to pick up a package that should take a maximum of five minutes. Additionally, someone has been trying to Skype whoever the employee working should be. Very enjoyable experience to say the least. (insert sarcasm here)!

As well, when I called to see why no one was back, they hung up on me.

Hi Eric:  If you recall, we were both in your store a few weeks ago inquiring about a shipment (5 boxes) to Calgary containing a number of items (including a mirror and large painting) from an estate clean-up. We were highly impressed with your personal service for several reasons as follows: You were extremely accommodating in arranging and packing our shipment for us despite the challenges in odd shapes, sizes and weights. Your patience with us was commendable in that the order size changed several times over that week. Your extra care (that is, extra bubble wrap, cardboard and other packing materials) you undertook to ensure safe shipping of our articles. The fact that the shipment arrived the same day as you projected. In summary, we are both very pleased for the all around service we received from you, Eric. Although we have not yet unpacked the mirror, we are confident that it arrived safely in the same original condition as all of the other goods.  The only sad part about all of this is that your store is in Montreal and we live in Calgary €“ thus, we cannot effectively use your services here in our city.  Thanks, Eric, for your incredible service and we wish you continued success for you personally and your business.

I almost always miss my deliveries at home and picking up my packages from here is a delight compared to other shipping businesses. Great service.
