Fabricville (on Paré) offers a wide range of quality materials, notions & more for most clothing & household projects. The store is well-staffed with knowledgeable sewers who are more than willing to offer helpful advice & instruction. Sales are relatively frequent on many items; clients with membership cards receive additional savings. Parking is plentiful & they are close to Namur metro. Wheelchair accessible.

Pretty good source for fabrics, could use more options and the staff isn't always friendly. Take great care when parking in the private parking lot....if you park and then go anywhere else but one of the stores in that complex, you will be towed immediately by unscrupulous people who will demand payment for the return of tour car. They prey on ignorance and will claim that you will not get your car back until you give them vresit card info over the phone. This is highly illegal, but most people give in.

I was told by the Marie-Eve the Drapery manager that black out drapes are available for the seamstress to sow if I purchased the material from Fabricville. She asked Sales Associate to assist me with my purchase for black out material. I asked the sales associate what would the cost be for the black out to be sowed on a material from their store. She asked Marie-Eve and she ignored her question more then 6x as she was occupied talking to other staff and I was the only client there. Finally she answered her and told her that they do not offer such services. I was absolutely appalled at this point by the extreme lack of professionalism. I explained this to the cashier in frustration and she said that Marie - Eve was having a very bad day as if this excuses them not providing service for clients that want to spend tgeir money at their store! Absolute waste of my time. Very trashy staff.
