Much smaller than its sister store on St Laurent, still has a decent selection and the same ambiene. You can check the alternate location by phone for available products.

I recently rated this a 4 for their variety but on a more recent visit this new sales girl was just talking my ears off. She kept being overly friendly to this other customer and the customer was clearly trying to politely leave but she kept trying to tell her life story about this guy she was seeing... it was such a vibe killer, I did not feel like shopping there anymore and my boyfriend was so irritated hearing this girl go on and on so loudly. The other sales girl was left on her own to serve clients in need. They need to hire girls that fit their profile and are professional. This new sales girl was so vulgar and did not care about her job and the people in there. I will avoid this place for a while. It used to be so much better.

Great service and attention to detail. The dress I was looking for wasn't in the store but they called the other branch and they reserved it for me til Wednesday. I'm crossing my fingers that the size is going to fit me. Thank you for the beautiful note you put in my order.

I went yesterday to this store because is 2 minutes from my home and I had to shop something for a event and I had no time to go farther , we'll I came to this store and the 2 girls was there they didn't offer me help and when I asked for a blouse was in the vitrine and I asked her can you show me the dots blouse you have on the vitrine pls? She just answer WHAT???? like if she doesn't understand what I was saying and with a really bad attitude anyways after I asked her to show me something nice because I had a event she told me was better to go st laurent because they have more sizes like literally "we dont anything for you" so i just keep looking and what i notice is a Asian come to the store and try something she has a great service and attention from this 2 girls im not shopping anymore in this store is the second time i came in and nobody serve you !! And what i bought i will return today is a shame i cant get my money back 😡 So Caroline the one who "serve me" need to be little more nice and the other one too because she was talking and talking it was like a record mechine 🙉
