A OVERPRICED B RUDE Worked with customers all my life and yes they can be a LOT but at 9 am when you just opened and have 2 customers in total, maybe try letting the customer speak? They are under no obligation to be nice but if you cut off the customer and say I don't have it you have 2 options goodbye you're hurting your business.

I find practically all the books I needed. I also appreaciate they sell used books like new as well. Save money is a plus, but reduce environmental footprint is a +++. But, some books I really needed were backordered and there was no news when it will came. So I cancelled the orders after 3 weeks school started. Then, I opted for the digital version and went to library course reserve. But, I still prefer the paper version. I wish next time even if it is backordered it can come quicker? I know...production & supply chain disruption...Anyways it is what is.

Great place for parents and students to get concordia swag. Got myself and my husband concordia parents shirts. Since we're footing the bill we may as well advertise. Staff is very helpful and their English is excellent.

They had almost everything I wanted but one of the textbooks I needed was out of stock and they'd only receive it in around a month or even a bit more which was disappointing. The staff was very sweet though.

THE WORST PLACE. Very rude and offensive people. The two managers are the worst people. People that work here have the worst experience and also the costumers. They charge you more for the books.

I mean it has my Concordia books and merch and stuff...? It's an average school book store.

Manager fixed my purchase issue and did a good job.

They're always out of stock and close at weird times...
