Ask for Sean spelling. What an awesome person and knowledgeable!! Definitely knows how to prepare for outdoor activities and matches with Montreal weather. No pressure selling and patient. Checked other stores for the new Veilance model. Hope to come back for it!

Poor customer service. The staff walk away when you want to ask a question. No one is approachable and they are just very cold. A refresher in customer service would be ideal for the staff. I do not recommend going here as you're better off just going online to get what you need.

Great location! Awesome selection with sizes, staff was great and very helpful, shoutout to Arina for helping me out and looking for any cool stickers for me in the back will definitely come back when i’m in Montreal again!

Arc'teryx shoes suck! So does the customer service. They are not helpful at all. I am sorry to the day I bought these shoes. They hurt my feet and cause pain. I only wore them a few times, but could not return them due to covid. They disown them claiming that it has been more than a year! Arc'teryx is new to shoes. They have not got it right, the design is faulty. So is the customer service!! I am not a customer any longer...

Stay away zippers break all the time 5-7 weeks delay to repair .

This high-scale type boutique provided excellent personal services.  On the pricey side, yet their garments are of the highest quality point.  You pay for what you get!

My wife and I went the other weekend. Out of 8 employees, only one answer 2 questions. There was no follow up and no help what so ever. Employees behind the counter some walking back and forth in the back room. Really disappointing to see such bad customer service for a brand that sell sport/activity specific item at a quiet expensive price. I would appreciate the know what I am buying before spending $2000-3000 for my partner and I. Unfortunately I left that day without spending money as the service made me walk out of there.

I went to visit the store yesterday because my fall jacket's zipper broke off while I was zipping up my jacket. A staff member fixed it on spot during my visit. I only had to wait for about 10 minutes. I am very happy that the process is not complicated. This reinforces my interest in purchasing more products from this brand.
