Awful customer service! I ordered blinds June 1st and only received July 20th. They made no attempt to contact me and never indicated it would take that long. The few times I called to inquire they treated me like I was crazy to ask and I had to be pushy to get any information out of them. They would tell me someone would call me later that day and then wouldn't.
The guy who installs the blinds was nice and efficient, but don't expect any English from him if you're not bilingual.

I had a great experience working with Verti Store in LaSalle. They installed motorised blinds at my home. Their install, customer service and quality of product is top notch.
