I stayed over with a friend in his residence. What a fabulous place to live! The staff was friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the shuttle service to the Metro North train station. 34 minutes into Grand Central Station.

I was not in any of the rooms, but the environment and service was lovely. I know if I were to stay in any hotel, it’s be the Ritz Carlton! Bathrooms are very clean, wide space. I liked it very much! Recommend.

Beautiful rooms and wonderful service. Amazing tub and shower. I do wish the rooms had more outlets, for all the devices that need to be charged these days! I love the scent of the shower gel and shampoo! I grab them all whenever I stay. Pool is Great, even had a few toys for the kids! Service in the restaurant area is a bit slow though. Love that they have a game room and mini library for the kids.

Excellent Hotel, will book and stay here again for sure. Friendly, well trained staff offering excellent service. Restaurant BLT the perfect place to dine or share a drink at the bar.

Stayed over at the Ritz for a weekend due to a business meeting. I enjoyed their workout area and rooms were clean. The staff themselves concerned about everything. Anything I was missing they right away took care of me. Great service I would definitely take my family on a weekend to enjoy the city of white plains.
