Sheraton Tarrytown Hotel

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The room clean and the comfortable bed with the soft pillows that we very pleased to stayed there for 6 days last month. I really appreciate for returning my purse with complete everything of my personal stuff inside of it , when I forgot it on the table outside front of the hotel. Thank you for honestly of the staffs, thank you for smiling when seeing customer coming..! That made me who is living in LA California love Tarrytown New York!!

I've stayed at this hotel numerous times for work. Unfortunately, this is one of the worst Sheraton I've stayed at. The rooms consistently smell moldy (as evidenced by the dehumidifiers in the rooms) Additionally, management (without fail) will place incorrect room service charges on your bill. This happens consistently to my colleagues as well. Once you call, the charges are removed however the frequency with which this happens indicates either chronic neglect or a purposeful act. I would not recommend staying at this location.

I only give this place one star because the front desk personnel were courteous and professional. When we got to our room after a long day of travel there were no washcloths there and just 2 towels and 2 hand towels for 4 occupants. We called guest services to have someone bring us washcloths and additional towels after 1 hour and no one coming we called back and waited another 30 mins before they arrived, with an attitude and 2 washcloths. With this level of service we thought it best not to order room service or go to the restaurant so this review is purely based on the room and the lack of amenities.

The hotel here is nice. It's conveniently located near the office park. The Sheraton club on the sixth floor was stocked for the most part for breakfast but there were a few times I'd expect snacks in the afternoon and found nothing. Rooms were well maintained.

Very modern and clean. Full service restaurant and bar in lobby as well as a Starbucks. Staff very friendly. King size room was a great size and the bathroom was very large. A plus is the nice grocery store in the same parking lot. Close to everything in Tarrytown/Sleepy Hollow.
