Stayed their for 3 weeks. The hotel is nothing fancy, just a simple place to stay in. The location is great with excellent restaurants nearby. The people at the front desk are very friendly and say hello when ever you arrive. The only issue I had were the one elevator due to renovations on the second one. That lead to VERY long waits. They have been working on it for MONTHS and very little progress had been made. I had to take the stairs multiple times because I could not deal with the weight.

Stayed in a very spacious single bed room. The bed was a king size and in a separate room from the rest of the space. Room included large sectional couch, arm chairs, good sized kitchenette with ample counter space, dining table with 6 chairs, and cable TV. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. View was decent from the 7th floor and lobby was very nicely furnished. Would stay again and recommend to everyone.

The staff of the hotel are very helpful - unfortunately the rooms are usually in very bad shape. Nothing wrong with furniture/fixtures, however there is a persistent smell of mold in all the rooms. I was staying at this hotel on a weekly basis until I discovered extensive mold in the showers and became ill after a few nights. I recommend not staying at this hotel.

Okay so far. Pros: good breakfast and after work social eats. Rooms are spacious and mostly clean - see below. Friendly staff. Cons: dirty sheets, one pillow had makeup stains. The extra blanket smelled old and unwashed. They gave me a handicapped room and the bathroom had no counters or space for toiletries. Only 1 working elevator.

I stay here regularly because it is a convenient location for work and the beds are comfortable. The rooms clean and are very quiet, I have never heard a sound from the other rooms.
