We chose to stay at this Residence Inn for four nights because it was conveniently located for several days of scheduled appointments. The first thing we noticed after check-in were the large rooms. We invited family for lunch in the open kitchen – dining area, and everyone was very comfortable. The refrigerator and freezer work well, as did the other appliances. There is plenty of shelf and drawer space in all rooms, which is, in our experience, very unusual for a hotel. The gym was clean and pleasant, and the staff, friendly and responsive. We declined housekeeping for our stay, but called on housekeeping several times for additional towels and other supplies, which they provided promptly. A shout-out to Jalen for his courtesy and patience in answering questions, and responding to our needs, over the course of our stay. We had an issue with a drop in temperature at night, apparently due to difficulty procuring a part for a boiler repair. The hotel accommodated our concern, and Joe, in engineering, even gave us his very own heater! We had a good stay, and recommend this facility.
Very convenient as it’s walkable to train station. Free complimentary breakfast. It s More like service apartment w big kitchen, living room. Suitable for long stay. There is Chinese restaurant at ground floor.
The breakfast could be better. They should add an assortment of cheeses, tomatoes and cucumbers, cold cuts, croissants and fruit salad.nThe tap water tastes really bad in the breakfast area.nThe water in the bathroom of the suite smells like sulfur and is not clear.
Hotel was not very nice, dirty in public areas, and my whole floor smelled of smoke. Hotel staff did not seem to care.nnBed was comfortable, but there were stained sheets.nnWould not stay there again
The service was horrible. They came into my room at night and took pictures of me and my family. Me and my two 4 year old girls were outside of the hotel and saw animal poop everywhere. I will never be coming back here ever again. Westchester is so hard to find a hotel. don’t come here.
