I booked online and wasn't able to check in during normal working hours. The Novel Stay made it easy for me by sending me all the information ahead of time so that I could easily come in when I needed. This place has a "hands off" approach that I love. It was clean, everything needed was available and it was located centrally. I wouldn't book anywhere else.

The accomodation is located about 15 minutes walk from the center. Fine location for walking around in Halifax. The room is spacious though old, floors, doors and furniture are making squeaky noises. Nothing is soundproof and you can easily hear your neighbors. The upstair neighbors love to run/jump on the stairs at any time of the day.

Stayed for 5 days. Extended for one more day. Amazing place highly recommended

Attentive to your needs. The room could have used better ventilation (the windows were nailed shut) and the blinds were in need of replacement. Meet interesting, kind travelers while staying here.
